Goodwill Industries of Northeastern Pennsylvania is a private non-profit organization serving eleven counties. It provides services to individuals with disabilities or other barriers through programs run by very caring and compassionate staff. The store is a great location for thrift shopping, offering a large, well-organized, and clean selection of good quality used items, books, DVDs, and CDs. While shopping is hit and miss, you can find heavily discounted items and great deals by visiting frequently. The staff is great and very cordial. It is a progressive organization striving to improve the communities it serves.
New location, clean and well kept. No dressing rooms, but if you get something that doesn't fit you can bring it back within two weeks with your receipt to get store credit that needs to be used that day. Xl, XXL, XXxL and larger all mixed into the xl section which is annoying. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

New location is nice, not as big, and I feel prices were reasonable when I was there last week. I got nice jacket and basket along with other items.

clean store, some good items however the prices have gone up and there seems to be a bigger focus on their mass donated “new goods”
