2 stars because the staff was very kind and the wait was quick, but the girl did not listen to me. I have curly hair I went in to get bangs sectioned and trimmed I told her they needed to be cut in line with my bottom lip she cut them to the tip of my nose and with my shrinkage gave me micro bangs. I had to re section and cut them at home idk if she was in a rush or just tuned me out when I told her. She had me looking crazy, curly girls don’t let this place play in your head

Everytime We're here it's a horrible experience. Hair is always uneven an never cut proper. Like no one knows how to cut hair. If You want cheap, never nice, an have to reiterate 15 times how You want Your hair to the person whose supposed to know how to do so, this is the place. Find a small town Barber

First time here. The staff was polite, courteous, and wonderful. Monica did an excellent job with my hair. I asked for a haircut and she went above and beyond with patience and care. Will definitely be back in the future!

My husband and I and 3 of our children (all 3 and under) came here for haircuts. They were so helpful and did a great job. They treated us like family. When my baby was crying 2 different staff members offered to hold him and walk around with him. Truly a great experience.

I took my 83 year-old mother to the great clips because I was told over the phone that a haircut was $17 and a shampoo was seven. When we got there and my mom had her hair shampooed and she was sitting in the chair getting a trim, just a trim, The woman asked if she wanted her hair blow dried and my mom said, of course, because who wouldn’t blow dry your hair after you’ve gotten it washed and cut. Apparently it was another seven dollars for the blow dry which took approximately 15 minutes tops. When Mom came to the counter and I was paying the bill, the woman said it was $50 and I was shocked and said no I was told it would be about 24 and she said no your mom got her hair blow dried also and I’m like yeah well that took a couple of minutes she goes well it’s another seven dollar charge. I said well 7, 7 and 17 do not make 50 she called the manager over and the manager said she’ll take money off and make it 43. $43 to get my mom‘s hair shampooed get the bottom trimmed and blow dried straight. We were there about 35 minutes total. They wanted $43 for it not 24 and even if you include the seven dollars on top of the 24 that’s only 31. I didn’t even ask where they came up with $43 for the haircut. I just paid it and left. After having argued with them about how that was ridiculous. Anyway I’ve been using great clips myself for years and I have very long hair almost waist length. My haircut and shampoo has always been $25. I’ve rarely had it blow dried and I don’t remember being charged an extra fee for having it blowdried. Anyway, very unhappy with our experience at the Hanover great clips on Eisenhower Boulevard and we will not be back. And no, I didn’t tip. Two stars because there was a 10 minute wait and I usually like Great Clips.

Shyane is my stylist. I love her. She listens to what I want and takes her time. She is VERY accommodating and that fits me perfectly. She is upbeat, friendly and welcoming. She gives amazing shampoos!!!!! Ahhhhhh so relaxing.

North Hanover, PA on Eisenhower Blvd. Worst experience ever. Checked in and sat for nearly an hour while people came in after me and got put in front of me. I will NEVER go back!!!
