Picked up our 2024 tiquan after having collision repairs done. I cannot tell what was even fixed on the vehicle, it looks as good as the day it came from VW. Appreciate the updates on status and the professionalism. 10/10 service and treatment during a frustrating situation. Highly recommend

Good at paint matching. Bad at wet sanding and put bubbles in paint. Car has orange peel and bubbles after their repair.
Edit: Customer service is good and they offered to correct the issue free of charge.

Awesome job done by all. Duane did an excellent job with working with the insurance company. He kept me updated all the time. Customer service was very kind & polite. Body shop did an excellent job repairing my truck. They detailed the outside and inside , something I did not expect. Highly recommend this business for any collision/ body work. Great people to work with.

Honestly didn't feel listened to by the staff there and was overcharged for what they wanted to do. Tried to explain that this was a personal repair that needed done and not going to be going through insurance. They kept saying that this would have to go through insurance and insisted on taking everything off and buying new for a minor dent in a side panel. Ended up going to another auto body shop because we weren't being listened to.

I was extremely satisfied with the repair to our 2019 Toyota Prius AWD hybrid. The car was rear-ended. We took it in for an estimate on a Monday, received payment confirmation on Wednesday from the person who hit us. The car was ready 9 days later. I was amazed Hanover Collison received the parts so quickly and had them installed and painted so quickly. They also cleaned the car inside and out. The paint match was perfect. The car looked better than before the accident.

Kudos to Ashley and the Hanover Auto Collision Team for a positive professional experience repairing the damage to my 2015 Toyota. They do what they say for a reasonable price, on -time, and expert quality as per pictures. I have a Cosmic Gray metallic paint and it was perfectly matched.

Just had my 21 Tacoma restored to its original front bumper after a small fender bender. They not only did a beautiful job but were able to make some small modifications. Ashley and Laura were awesome to work with. I will absolutely let folks know to use them if they need some body work.

Ashley went above and beyond to help! The men & woman in the shop did a phenomenal job getting my van looking amazing again. The dents were removed with paint-less debt repair, and the huge scratch and dent on sliding door was corrected as well. The van looks brand new again! They are prompt with giving updates and keeping me in the loop on the repairs!
