I will take my vehicle anywhere but here. Took it in for an oil change and inspection. Tried to gouge me for about 5 different things. All of which were at a high price tag. I would’ve been fine with all that, it is what it is. Gotta pass inspection. The one guy with the beard was very helpful and nice. The second guy talked down to me and actually said “good luck finding that part anywhere around here.” He was condescending and I sure do hope he isn’t the manager. I gave it 2 stars because the bearded gentleman was kind and helpful. When dealing with peoples vehicles and hard earned money maybe treat them with a little kindness and respect.
Edit: After reading more reviews it seems like taking your car here for an inspection is a recipe for a hefty bill. Shame on jiffy lube for taking advantage of people in such a trying economy for something they are required to have.

The employees were very friendly and the service was fast and convenient. I do think that they should be able to use a code reader for the check engine light and etc also since they do change breaks, I think they should add being able to replace a break line and/or look to see where leaks may be coming from for all the fluids like break fluid, transmission fluid, oil, and etc.

Been coming here for years. Always a line no matter what time you go. They do a good job of keeping the line moving though.
One thing I dislike about this place is getting state inspection done here. Always takes a long time, even if you're first in line to drop off car. If you need something like a new tire and go somewhere else, they'll make you get back in line and wait hours when you return. When I came back there were 2 people in the inspection line. They told me 2-4 hours to check my new tire. Meanwhile, there were open bays they could've pulled my car in to check the new tire. . Apparently they can only do inspections in one bay? ?♂️ that or they decided to punish me for not getting the tire from them. They didn't have my tire in stock so I went somewhere else to get it same day. Didn't want to drive around with a dead sticker while waiting.

I gave them a three on timeliness because they were very very busy today. I thought that their communication skills were excellent when they had a full waiting room. Because of the communication skills the people in the waiting room were very understanding and they kept us up to date on where things were at. They were so busy I think they bought pizza for the guys because they would not have time to go out for lunch. I like that. This is a good group of people that were under the gun and handled it very well.

Everyone was very nice and my oil change and tire rotation was completed in about 20 minutes. Very happy with my service, and I plan on coming back.

The round trip from my home to the nearest Jiffy Lube was close to 40 minutes and 35 miles…. For me it was worth it.
