Variant covers are available, including a special offer of four variants for thirty dollars, and are kept behind the counter. The store is perfect for new and veteran readers alike. For affordable reading, it runs a year-long buy-one-get-one-free trade paperback sale in its well-stocked book room, which features titles for the whole family, including a huge variety of children's comics. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and insanely friendly, offering personalized recommendations and happily helping with any questions or to find specific items, even placing special orders. The shop carries some toys and collectables but, unlike others in Hanover, does not host card gaming, allowing a dedicated focus on comics. With its personable service, later afternoon and evening hours, and welcoming atmosphere for all interests, Kirby Comics is a must-stop destination for a great experience.
