Intro to equipment was helpful. I didn’t feel rushed and had plenty of time for my questions. Friendly staff. The reordering of supplies is super efficient and their team ensures you don’t miss a reorder. They have this down to a science. Never a hiccup.

Seriously? 40 minutes on HOLD for an ANSWERING SERVICE during OPEN BUSINESS HOURS only to have the chick hang up on me for questioning WHY I had to be on hold for an answering service. This company SUCKS.

Was having a hard time with a nasal pillow, called Hanover office and was directed to Wayne, Resp therapy. He was very helpful and was able to swap out for a different pillow. He wasn’t going to be available to see that day but he left the pillows for me to pick up. I have never had anything but respect and helpfulness from LINCARE in Hanover. So glad I chose this company.
