Food was not cooked to order appetizers were never brought and although the restraunts was busy the food took an exceptionally long time to be delivered to our table.

My wife and I figured that we would go out for lunch today since we haven't gone on an impromptu date for a while. We have been to this location before and enjoyed the experience.The only reason I didn't give the service five stars is due to the receptionist that greeted us. Well, she tried maybe in her way. No smile, couldn't have cared less if we were there or not.She was very short and abrupt with us. After showing us to our table, we both said thank you. All we got was a straight face and a stare back and then she walked away to go do her thing.I get it. Customer service is a hard job for anyone nowadays. I'm a first responder and I can totally understand what it means to not be appreciated at all. But when someone extends kindness and is polite, you need to reciprocate that. Granted, she may have just been having a bad day and I get it. We all do. But in customer service, you always go that extra mile to smile and make the customer feel welcome and they're appreciated. If you can't do that, then perhaps a different line of work is needed.In view of that, we would go back again. The food was done just right. I always get a steak there and it was cooked exactly like I ordered. Well done.

Food was great, steak was cooker perfectly. Service was good. Great atmosphere, interior design is very nice. Although, whichever booth we were at though had a spotlight shining directly downwards in our face, not ideal.

This was our first meal at this location that was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! our server Kendra M. Was terrible. Our appetizer never came out, we received our lunch and when we mentioned the appetizer never came, she seemed super confused that no one ran it out. Our lunch was pretty much cold and when she brought out the appetizer (5 seconds later) it was cold. She barely acknowledged us the entire time. No checking on if we were good, needed refills, and NEVER cleared out table. So we attempted to eat our cold food with dirty dishes all around us. The restaurant was not busy at all!Instead of standing behind the bar chatting with her coworkers, she may want to focus more on her guests. This was an absolute joke of a meal.I do want to be clear though, usually the service and food is out of this world good. But, our server made this one experience bad. Again, I could understand if the restaurant was busy but it was not. She literally was just standing around chatting with her coworkers.
