Glen took his time showing us many different mattresses, soft, medium and firm. He made us feel right at home. And gave us options without overwhelming us. I definitely recommend him, he’s very knowledgeable and patient.

So a couple of weeks ago, I stopped in to look at the pricing of what new bed costs. I was promptly greeted by a young man name John whonwas working the evening shift. He was absolutely terrific, listened to what my needs where, helped keep me within my budget, and took into account the purpose of the bed. (Spare guest bed.) He went out of his way to help get the exact frame I was looking for and liked that I have on my own bed, and was able to flex the delivery time to my suiting. Over all the level of customer care is exactly the reason ive now bought 2 beds from this location, as the staff is always patient, understanding, through and professional. It just helps that they sell good quality products as well. 11/10 recommend. Thank you John!

My wife and I both have medical issues related to chronic pain and spine. Picking a new mattress was a big decision for us, but it was very hard to determine the best options based on the large amount of information online and conflicting reviews. This mattress warehouse location was a great choice because it had all the options. But the key differentiator was Glen - we were extremely impressed with his expertise on all of the options and the pros and cons of each mattress. He took the time to understand exactly what my wife and I were looking for and the particular medical issues involved. He made thoughtful suggestions and we ended up choosing a mattress that has made a significant upgrade to our quality of life. We wake up each day refreshed and with less pain. I’ll never buy a mattress from anyone but Glen after this experience!

We had went here to buy a new bed and Keith was extremely helpful and made finding our bed really easy. He explained every bed and gave us honest responses to our questions. I would definitely request him if you need a new mattress. Also, the delivery team did a wonderful job. I cannot thank everyone at mattress warehouse enough. We love our new bed.
