would give zero if I could. called ahead of time to make sure i had all of the correct documents needed to pay my taxes and get a new registration on my bought out leased vehicle. arrived and provided everything with my PA title, was told it was out of state ¿? and that i had to jump through other hoops to get anything accomplished. this resulted in lost wages and a complete waste of my 6 hour trip. went this morning to MASON DIXON TAG AND TITLE and they were dumbfounded by what I shared with them from Millers employees and were happy to take care of me with no issue.

I spoke with Jim today to continue an insurance quote that i had received from erie he thought it was funny that i personallyowned three cars in my name he added the remark " what do you own a car lot?' Little did he know i am a licenced dealerwe continued with the quote he asked for the vin numbers then immediately asked me what car do i drive for work because he insisted that i stated i never drive these cars . i told him "I own three dealer tags , i'm a licensed dealer i have other cars". Jim then asked me for my business information and told he would not give me a personal auto quote until i did so , well if i wanted to speak on business i wouldn't call Jim the insurance brokerbecause he told he couldn't take mine and i would have to go elsewhere. All in all Jim's an insecure bigot that actually bit more than he can chew . Next time Jim check the caller-id my business information was right there ; )

Using the wrong outdated tag and title forms, claiming you can't have your "severely disabled veteran tag" transferred if your every day mobility vehicle is too heavy with the lithium battery bank and specialized equipment needed to keep your service dog safe in the vehicle, and when proven wrong claiming that it is because there is a toilet in the vehicle that you depend on to get back and forth to constant doctor appointments and therapy. I could show you some things that would literally make you puke your guts out and realize that that's exactly why you need the toilet in the vehicle, and your animal safe. This is not some big motorhome, but a small vehicle that fits in a parking space, and the dog's life is imperative to the safety and daily living of the handler/driver! Two solid years of training, $25,000-$50,000 that a 100% service connected combat infantry vet's life depends on. Funny that you don't count as a severely disabled veteran if you have a toilet. All nonsense, when they knew all along that there was a form to be filed with the other forms noting that it is your every day driver. These people have been doing this for decades? I don't know about other people, but veterans need to stay as far away from this business as possible. The vehicle that the severely disabled veteran plate came off of was rated heavier than the new mobility vehicle, and issued directly from PennDOT in Harrisburg! If the lithium battery packs are too heavy for a person to be handicapped, what is all this nonsense of trying to make everyone buy electric vehicles? I guess if you have an electric car, your debilitating service to your country doesn't matter either.

My car was totaled recently and I am going to be without a vehicle for 7 weeks, until my new car arrives. Nicole Copenhaver has worked with us for days to obtain rental coverage through the other driver’s insurance company, since that driver was at fault. She has handled multiple emails and phone calls on our behalf, including on the weekends. We highly recommend Nicole and Miller-Hanover!

Our dealership uses Miller Hanover to process our PA customer's tag and title and they are wonderful!!!! Mary and Nicole always go above and beyond to help us. Their turnaround time is quite impressive given the current pandemic situation, most places are several weeks behind! The staff is always responsive and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to have tag/title work done in Pennsylvania.

I normally deal with Mary in new oxford today she had a replacement. We had completed the proper paperwork with Mary the night before the car had belong to a person who is now deceased. Mary completed the paperwork the next morning we called the. Customer and went back to miller of Hanover new oxford Mary was not there. Another started questioning me in front of my customer pretty much accusing me offorging the deceased signature. I didn't know at the time the paperwork was completed at the same office. I went back to the shop and I was told miller of Hanover completed the paperwork I called back called back to millers and the lady blamed me and still refused to get my customer tags. I'm now at runkles waiting this waiting for a new shiny tag called miller Hanover about this and received no response
