Great car wash and nice vacuum system. The monthly program is a good deal if you wash your car on a regular basis. The mat washer is broken again, hoping for a fix soon!

I stopped in to clean my car while traveling in from out of town. The car wash and vacuum cleaners were amazing. Stupidly, I left my drivers side floor mat on the clip. I just stopped back after a month and a half to see if they had it. Hunter happily went and checked and, lo and behold, it was still there! That’s great customer service! I recommend this business to anyone who appreciates a clean car!

Equipment doesn't work more often than not. Out of 3 lanes, only one works (for over a year now), and even that one usually has to be manned because the license plate reader often is inoperable. Inside the car wash, one part or another is almost always not working. Vacuums are hit or miss. Sometimes they work, othertimes no suction at all. Employees tell their senior regional management is always aware but does not address any issues.

Spent 30 bucks, seemed like it needed more water, the attendant who wave me in looked super unhappy, no prerinse done and it just didn't seem as good as the tidal wave down the street.

I have mod wash since they open here in Hanover Pa, so frustrated it right now . Our bank send us new cards and I forgot to change it on the account. So when I stop by to wash as usual the lady says is inactive. payment didn't go thru on May 3rd and you will need to reactivate... so I told her that was fine. I gave her my new bank card and instead of charging the $39.99 monthly she charges me $31 I ask her why is it less she says you got a discount! so I tell her to please check if she is charging me for the right wash, she does and says yes I am. I ask her are you sure I can renew here at the kiosk she says yes I pay on May 12. I come by on the 18 vacuum and wash... it said inactive again. Same girl says sorry kiosk is glitching she puts my license and states is active. I come back today the 19 and it does the same, the manager said $31 was a single wash and that he can't do anything and cannot provide me with corporate # he says I need to Google it. Then Says he doesn't have the time to check on my account or call corporate with me, that he is under staff. He doesnt offer me a wash and instead tells me I have to exit right away and to come back to talk to a different manager . He is the same one who gives me bad looks when I go thru and can be very unkind when ask anything. I sent my friends and family here.. they are not the only car wash around here... I will like to keep business but unfortunately I may have to change my vehicles somewhere else. $31 for a single wash is ridiculous when a month is $39.99 for the best wash.
Is very rude that I waste gas seating on phone calling the corporate just to get a machine that says to email them. I try calling again, but I was place on hold for about 20 minutes just to get a machine that ask me to leave a voicemail because they were on the line with someone else. I will updated how this service goes but as for now I'm very embarrassed and frustrated.
