I love this store because it’s fully stocked and it’s fairly priced. My favorite are the denim shorts, and dresses. The clothes look very nice and flattering on almost anyone because of the versatility. It was pleasant to encounter pleasant staff who seemed committed to customer service. I would recommend this location.

I love Old Navy I shop there regularly for myself, and my boys. Last evening I was ready to check out and at the beginning of the line the jewelry is set up to look at. Well a older lady was bent over looking at the earrings. I said excuse me miss and walked around her cart to go stand in line to wait to be checked out. This lady then walked up next to me whistling at me and told me I butted in line. She had then proceeded to tell me that her standing on the arrow means she's in line. I said no it does not. I told her you were bent over looking at earrings. My boyfriend and two sons were waiting out in the truck. I was not standing there behind her waiting on her to decided what kind of jewelry she wanted to buy. We got into an argument over it. The dumbest thing. A suggestion I have is possibly move the jewelry stands somewhere else in the store in stead of the beginning of the isle where you go to check out.
