The staff here is so friendly and I’m truly so grateful I discovered this location. Not only is the staff friendly and funny, but they’re detail oriented and make shipping things so easy. They packed and labeled all my packages for me, after Staples told me they wouldn’t pack them. I’ll only be shipping out of Parcel Plus from now on. You guys rock!

This parcel place I know for sure not gonna last long, all their sales are cash, if you have a QR code they don't have a way to scan them, not really meeting community needs of another postal service won't recommend is a waste of your time a long line w so many ppl in there ridiculous, don't recommend going there!! ? first of all your hours are wrong on website then show up it says 9 am on your door, the QR codes are usps as well and yes you can do is obsolete nowadays to not have a QR reader which is the most up to date things on a postal office, no one prints anything nowadays so I will still stand on my ground do not recommend!

Had a package to return with no shipping label. Was promptly greeted and waited on even though there was a line by a nice young man. He waited on me as I emailed a label to them. He printed off my shipping label and took care of everything for me. Thank you for your great customer service and smile.

I will be calling the store to speak to the manager tomorrow BUT!!! I had to give Josh the associate that helped me today a huge THANK YOU! I had an overwhelming silly Amazon issue and both times I came in Josh was calm , cool and collected and got my account all straightened out. He communicated that I needed to repack some things and that they offered that service to help me as well. Josh I really meant it when I said I would tell the internet about your awesome work!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I do wish the owner of the Jeep would not take up the first parking spot everyday so that people carrying heavy boxes could park closer to building.

Super easy shipping. I literally walked in, gave them my package, got my receipt and walked out. I had my shipping label already on the item and it was the easiest thing i've ever had to do lol My recipient got the package and was 100% satisfied upon its arrival.

This place is horrible. I fell today because of the way it's painted around the mail boxes outside. So the saga begins with a phone call yesterday to ask if they do money orders because I had to have that to pay for my state board exam. Yes, they do, but they fail to mention you can't use your debit card. The owner (he claimed his name is ERIC) sent me off to an ATM to get cash I needed for money orders. I can sorta make sense of that in my mind. When I returned with cash for a 118.00 money order, the long-haired dude rang it twice and said that it would be 237.00. I said for what? OMG, do they charge that much as a fee? He got flustered and couldn't figure out how to fix the transaction. I WAS mumbling under my breath. You'd think they'd tell you they are a cash only business on the first call or the first visit, but no, I also now needed cash to mail my paperwork overnight. I asked him three different ways, and he could not understand. I was asking if I could use my card to pay for my package. The answer was no. You'd think they'd tell you that before the number three interaction. The long hair flipped and said I'm getting the manager. I don't have to deal with attitude. Oh yeah, well, I don't have to spend my money here either, and I left. My hip is bruised, and I've got a sprained wrist. So I called to speak with said manager and I was told he's in a meeting. So how was he going to ring me out since long hair couldn't do it. My hairs long too, so it's the only way to describe who this snotty young man or boy was or is. They put me on forever hold. I hung up, pulled over, and wrote my Google review and then called back. The owner was snotty now. It seems his teens said I called them stupid. I did NOT. Then he said, "Did you call the young lady a liar?" I said no, and it was a male on the phone. I said, "How was he going to ring me out if he's in a MEETING?" Now I'm steaming, so I told him he now has an injured client. The injury would not have happened had I not had to engage three times just to get a money order and mail my letter, which is not mailed overnight. It's on my kitchen table. I said I'm calling an attorney. He proceeded to tell me that it, the lawsuit, would be against the shopping center. I said no, sir, that's on you. It's your mail boxes, the paint, and a 2-inch step up that's hidden in the yellow paint. Do you want to know how I know that, because I own a hair salon, and I'm liable for injuries on the rented property that I cause. I'm going to call an attorney, and I don't have time. I'm injured. It's the paint and the inability of these people to communicate their policies. Now that I've read other reviews, I can see the cash is so the owner gets paid no matter how he treats you, and his overnight guarantee is a farce according to another client. SAVE MONEY AND GO DIRECTLY TO THE POST OFFICE Eric then asked me what he could do to calm me. I said, "Try apologizing for the hideous way you treat clients for cash. He said I am sorry for the experience you had here today." Why are you sorry, ERIC? Because you know it's true, that's why.

Always friendly and helpful. I've been shipping packages with them for years. As well my parents and I have gotten our taxes done here. Very quick!
