This place charged me a "materials fee" which was not listed in any of their quoted prices. I asked and was told it included things like shampoo. How do you bathe a dog with out shampoo.

Heather and Aislynne always do such a wonderful job on Briar! They always make sure the make her feel comfortable and calm. She always comes home looking and feeling amazing! Always recommend them to everyone!

I have a Newfoundland mix and her undercoat makes grooming a bit of a challenge. Aislynne and her co-worker did a great job. Both were kind, professional and patient (with me as well as my dog) :)

We love taking our pup here. Our pup is a wiggly little thing so I know it can not be easy grooming her. Heather does a fantastic job! Everyone is always so welcoming.

They won't answer phone calls. My 5 year old needs some new shots before they will groom him, but they never answer my call??? If it's $150 total, I'm in! But if it's $200 plus, I don't think so. But since they never answer my call, my dogs a mess!!

Brought my dog in for his regular grooming. His coat was a mess, but Heather worked her magic. Chewie came back looking wonderful. I am always pleased with Heather’s work, and Chewie loves her!!
