As a contractor I value time and knowledge. R. G. Miller is fast at getting my materials, whether in delivering my supplies or if I pick them up from the store. The people there are knowledgeable and friendly.

From multiple visits in order to get a quote, to quoting work they had no capacity or intention to do, the overall experience with this company was poor. The work they did provide, was outsourced to another contractor. Millers didn’t even communicate the contracted work with them. Final straw was the fact they billed us again after we paid in full and they cashed our check. We would not recommend this company to anyone at this point.

If you walk into R.G Miller and end up talking to Henry, either request some else to deal with or run out the door as soon as possible. This guy is the worst customer service rep. A simple window glass replacement, estimated to take about 2 weeks, ended up taking 7 weeks instead due to this man's incompetence. No updates on our window, we had to reach out and go into the building multiple times for answers. He behaved ignorantly and was incredibly obnoxious and lost the sash to our window. My husband had to go into their workshop to find and identify our sash.
The actual window replacement work, done by Jay, was fine. Jay was great, the supervisor Kelly was great and helped us out. But the level of ignorance and dickishness that Henry displayed has effectively solidified our determination to never use R.G Miller for anything else in the future.
This company would benefit from his absence.

Hi everyone, I wanted to revise my review, after be contacted by Kelly at Miller's, she got the rest of my order to me and gave me her word, she will improve there system, I in return gave her my word and said I will revisit there store, I met her in person and talked to her on phone, and she is a stand up American in my book, I take no great pains in leaving a negative review of anyone, thanks Tom hartlaub

Searched high and low to find one piece of siding to repair a damaged area of our home. The staff at Robert G. Miller was exceptional and so very helpful! I wish I had the names of the gentlemen that assisted us. Everyone we encountered was great-from the initial phone call, the in-store staff, and at pick-up #5! Highly recommend.

I stopped in to Robert G. Miller the week of July 4th to discuss work I wanted to have done and to set up getting an estimate. My father and I explained to the woman that was taking the information that I was looking to get an estimate on having a door installed in my garage that leads to my backyard. We explained that there currently isn’t a door or window there to make sure this was something that could be done. The woman advised this was work they do but explained that the contractor would not be in touch with me for approx. 6 weeks to schedule the appointment to get an estimate. Fast forward 9 weeks later – Still no call from the contractor to schedule the estimate. I called today (Sept 7th ) to find out what was going on and spoke with the person who would be scheduling the estimate. All of a sudden he could be out this week, in fact as soon as today. When I explained what I wanted the estimate on – I was now being informed they can’t do this type work. He advised they do not cut through walls. What I was looking for was all explained upfront in detail to the woman taking the information. To say that I’m upset is an understatement – 9 weeks wasted. I do not appreciate being lead to believe that they do this type of work and to find out otherwise is extremely frustrating. Why in the world would a company have someone taking information for work orders that doesn’t know the scope of work their contractor(s) can and can’t do is not professional. Had I not followed up today, I can say with confidence that I probably would not have heard from them. All around bad experience and will not attempt to use them again for future needs.

Absolutely horrible experience, I ordered my windows, doors and slider on Aug 20 with Josh as my salesman, and I use that term so loosely. After submitting a 5k deposit I received word my order was placed and would be in early Nov. Mid October I called to follow up and learned via the village idiot Josh my windows and slider failed to get ordered and it would now be February 2022. I completely lost it. After blowing my top on the lame a** excuses I talked with Cory. Cory could not arrange for any substitute or expedite the order so I canceled the windows. I was told my doors would be in the following week and they would make an adjustment to the price as compensation. I arranged for delivery for Nov 2 and as the truck pulled into the driveway I could tell the doors were not right. I ordered 80" tall and they tried to deliver 116" doors. I called Cory and was told he had no idea how things got so screwed up. I had to cancel this part of the order and had to scramble to find windows and doors for a home ready for windows and door. KARMA sucks, keep this s*** up and you will fall to the way side and be known as just that another imposter s*** business.
