Im sorry but the milkshakes are horrible. Taste like water, doesn’t look smooth like milkshake are supposed to be. Got the same kind but one is white and other brown. Unacceptable

We ordered food and got a fountain drink. The soda apparently is more water than soda which we didn't discover until after we left and our order is not only wrong but completely unappetizing.

It's no Wawa or RoFo, but it'll do for gas when I need some close to home.
I don't want to carry a card just to save 3 cents per gallon.

This Rutters has a full kitchen and seating to eat. They take on-line orders and delivered through Uber eats. Nice selection of alcohol for a convenience store. Easy in easy out 2 entrances/ exits to 2 different roads. People there are nice even if they don't wanna be.

I absolutely love this store. I will say though, I was disappointed when I walked in today and all the amazing decorations were taken down. One of the things I loved was how they showed their holiday cheer. This saddens me. I am offended that these decorations were taken down...

We are the best convenient store in town! Not only do we aim to keep a clean store, but also provide excellent customer service. Been working there 5+ years and know many of the customers by name, adding a pleasant, personal experience when visiting the store. Come visit us on DAY shift and you'll see why people keep returning! ?

I stopped for fuel and a cup of coffee. The premium European blend was all but empty so I tried to get Rwanda blend. Not only was it room temperature but there were at least 15 grounds floating in the cup. When I asked the employee how long it will take to get a hot cup of coffee without grounds, he says "There ain't nothin wrong with it" I had the joy of pouring out the cup, getting gas and just leaving.

Never have I ever experienced such rude customer service. A sales associate by the name of Branden at store #52 was beyond rude and refused to render service. I couldn’t believe I was treated with such disrespect in an establishment that I’ve used for years.

Nate is hands down the best employee at this Rutters. I’ve been coming here for years and he’s constantly moving and being productive. From knowing customer’s orders, to doing the trash, stocking items, he knows it all. There is no doubt in my mind that if he stuck working here, he’ll be a district manager one day.
