Used to work here an employee. I have now since been coming in as a customer for quite some time with no issue what so ever. I stopped in about a week ago on my 30 minute break for the first time in months just to grab a sample of one of my fav sunscreens. Now I haven’t used this sunscreen in a while so I wanted a sample before I bought it like any other normal person does. I didn’t know this at this time but Emily gave me a few extra that I never asked for but appreciated of course. Laughed about a few things said bye and headed out. Fast forward to tonight. To be enjoying a Friday night at home and receive a belligerent, extremely ignorant text out of nowhere like this from an old co worker at 11pm who you don’t keep in contact with is not only odd. But is EXTREMELY unprofessional and just NOT okay on any level to ever talk to somebody like that. I feel extremely blindsided & uncomfortable.

Decent selection of good products. I felt like it was a luxury having the ability to peruse the shelves without somebody coming up to me every one minute asking me if I was finding everything or trying to sell me something. I got some high end products at a killer price using coupons.

I would only go here if you would like the manager to stand very close while you look at a product. My friend and I went into this Sephora to look around because we were already in the kohl’s. I tested a product with an applicator on my hand, and was interested in the product. The manager comes over unnoticed and grabs the product directly next to it and looks at a clipboard. Keep in mind, this manager was very close to me. No interaction that involved trying to help us find anything. Personal space isn’t an option apparently. Based on this awkward interaction, I was no longer interested in purchasing anything at this Sephora. It’s obvious why it was empty with no customers. I haven’t ever been treated that way in an ulta store by an employee. I have a feeling the manager thought we weren’t there to purchase things because we are young people with ripped jeans. Keep in mind, you can’t stereotype customers and expect positive outcomes.
