Extremely happy with my service from Adam from Shipley today! Adam was phenomenal with his expertise, advice, professionalism, and diligence! He went into my sweltering hot, cramped, dirty attic no less than 3x to troubleshoot and ensure all my concerns were addressed, despite the main issues ultimately being with other parts of the a/c systems. I can't say enough how much I appreciated his good-natured patience and thoroughness! I've also had Jim and Billy provide exceptional service on my furnace and a/c units - expert knowledge and also take time to explain everything to me in a non-condescending manner. All are super friendly and accommodating!

Propane fill is not as easy as advertised twice now have showed up to get propane filled. First time I found by sign on door that propane is different hours from store. Second time I showed up have to wait a half hour because propane fill is shut down for lunch. This needs advertised better for the customer. The guy who filled the tank was very friendly and prompt service when he returned from lunch improved the experience!

The A/C Tune-Up and Oil Tune-Up done by Technician James Z was outstanding. I am new to the area and new to oil heat. He answered all my questions and explained how this furnace produces heat and how the tests done shows efficiency of system. He was very professional, friendly and hope he does our Tune-Ups next year. He is a excellent hire by Shipley Energy.

After the debilitating storms that hit my area on Monday, I realized 2 days later (Wednesday) I had no hot water.William arrived and diligently looked at everything on the furnace before determining it was a burnt circuit board for the Hot Water “On Demand” Holding Tank.Ordering the part, he apologetically told me there was no guarantee the part would come in this week.Imagine my delight to receive a call from Brittany on Thursday morning that the part had arrived AND a technician could be there within a few hours if I was available.Double delight when it was William on call who came, installed and made sure hot water flowed on all floors of the house before departing.From my initial call to the finale, each Shipley employee was absolutely wonderful to work with.Kudos to your Staff and Management for making an inconvenience tolerable.

Anthony took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail and made references to things that helped me understand the lingo of the trade. It was actually really refreshing to see someone as devoted as he was.

I'm Skip Brownyard, I had my annual tune-up of my air-conditioning today. Dave Parr is an excellent representative for your company. He is personable, courteous and most important he knows his trade, I would highly recommend him for anyone needing a tune-up!

Arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the a/c problem. The needed part was not available locally, so he got permission from his dispatcher and went out of his way to get it. Very polite, professional, and good-natured. We like Shipley service personnel.

We had a wonderful experience with our Shipley servicemen Ean Hagy. He was great w communication and called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was very knowledgeable and worked professionally. He was the best!

I have been a customer of Shipley for quite a long time and have been pleased overall. Today James Zinn came out to deal with a problem with my hot water heater. He was so very nice, polite, and thorough and fixed the problem as well as giving me some helpful instructions for things I can do and check first if this problem should arise again. Thanks again James!

Coustomer service was quick and helpful. They sent Adam who was great I called for my grandfather and he kept me informed the whole visit. He fixed the problem and was super friendly. If I could give more stars I would. Not to mention Shiply has been so kind and understanding threw his difficult time of losing his wife. I can't express my gratitude enough.

Joe was totally professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He put in extra time to make sure that my furnace was working properly and not leaking, and made two trips to the supply store for parts for unanticipated repairs. I'm completely satisfied.
