I am so upset with this company. I ordered two pairs of sneakers. When my niece went to pick them up and they only gave her one pair. I called the store and advised them of what happened and the guy working says off she can come back and pick them up. But when she gets there they had cancelled my order. Why didn’t he tell me that on the phone. I am so pissed!!!!! This was very unprofessional ?

They did not have the size we needed, so they ordered it on the spot and shipped it to our house. I was able to use rewards savings as well as a birthday reward in the same transaction.

ShoeCarnival is the worst place to purchase an item online. I ordered a Adidas bottle from their website since Amazon did not have the color I wanted. The bottle was clearly dented upon opening the package. I have sent these guys few emails and even called their customer service line and they have not been very cooperative. I do not recommend such a company who will not take responsibility for their actions.
