I had troubles with my printer & Jeff helped me the first time. He did everything to help me. He was kind & understanding. He wanted to solve my problem with the printer.
I had a problem again within a month from the first problem & Grant helped me this time. He is kind & understaning like Jeff is. Both of them took their time to help me & were happy to do so.
I appreciate them both very much & they are so caring. They are great assets to your store in Hanover, Pa.

Staples does not work on Apple computers because they are difficult to work with. Seems like they are missing a lot of business.

Dropped off amazon return. Staples never followed through on return. Amazon sent me notice that they never received item. I called amazon customer service. They said that they could see that I dropped off item at staples and that Staples never followed through with return.

Just got back from Staples, I had a major tech problem. I'm also old. They dumbed it down so I could deal with my major issue. Which turns out wasn't as major as I thought. Thank you for the help.

DAWN in the printing section was very short with me and rude after I didn't understand what direction she was trying to give me to print out an eviction notice for our tenant. I thought that she would be helpful because she worked in the printing section but I had to call my wife to walk me through the steps because Dawn thought pointing from 25 feet away would be any kind of helpful. I will make the 25 minute trip to Westminster to the other Staples. Everyone else that works in there was very pleasant

Prices are a bit high, but the supplies are very good quality, so it's worth the money.

Employees in the store were rude. Manager was rude. Spoke with someone on the phone regarding an order and she was rude. I don't think they understand how customer service works.
