May seem like a minor complaint but the shipping associate at the Hanover, Pa location had no customer service at all. Returned something back to Amazon and the empty bag from box I said I really don't need the empty bag...before I could say can you please throw it away Dawn blurts out and says neither do I...Can you please throw it away for me? I don't have a trash bag in my car. She then took bag off counter and threw it away.

We thought the manager would be better than the employees but I guess not. The lady at the printing station hate her job and she’s very rude to people. The manager doesn’t care. I will never come back to this location.

My wife and I were in this Staples location this morning (1/12/2024). I could write volumes about what a disappointing experience it was, but the bottom line is that the woman at the Copy/Print desk simply did not want to be there - and it showed. To say there was a lack of cordial customer service would be a gross understatement.

I didn’t ship anything from your store, I purchased something..if you’re going to reply to a bad review, you might want to actually read itWill not be using staples after today, I’m a small e-commerce business who frequently orders my packing supplies from Staples. My last order was thousands, I’m in a staples store multiple times a month picking up supplies on top of my large orders I place over the phone.Your check out person has an attitude problem, and is costing your store a lot more then whatever mediocre performance she generates I’m sure. I politely said to her she’s able to enter quantity for boxes instead of scanning each individual barcode. Her response was “that’s the way I do it” - she then went on to make up some bullcrap about how since they’re on sale she needs to scan each one, which is not true since literally every single time I’ve ever purchased boxes (which is a lot) they’ve always entered quantity and I still receive the 50% off discount for purchasing 5 or more.I spend way too much money to be treated like I’m being done a favor when I come and purchase supplies from you, there’s absolutely zero excuse for having such a bad attitude. I’m an extremely personable person, who greeted her with a polite “how you doing” and am far from a Karen, she’s the type of employee that turns regular customers into problems.This was 12/26/23 at around 2PM estBye.

Unimpressed with the long haired lady behind the print counter. I had a few simple questions about printing a postcard and her attitude was less than professional. She could’ve answered my questions with the same answers and a different attitude. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

They are not open until 9 on Saturday, however Google says they are open at 8. Just fyi.Also, wasn’t treated well by the shipping return employee. Kinda bummed by the overall experience here.

Walked into the store to get help on a Modem for my home internet. Honestly I knew nothing about them. Went to the tech support for help. Older white man working at the tech. Was extremely rude. Shrugged his shoulders when I asked a question with an extreme attitude. Never gave me the answer I needed or suggestions on which item would be the best. I was going in with an open mind on getting help and the best options and I’ll be taking my business to Best Buy for now on. This was some of the worst customer service I ever had.

My wife was told while she had our two month old and two year old children with her that in order to get something laminated she either had to wait 1 hour, or pay extra for it to happen sooner. This sounded silly, so I called the store manager and he told me this is their policy because it means the service you are asking for takes priority and pulls attention away from everything else... We don't pay extra to check out at the front, we don't pay extra if we ask an employee for an item that's in the back because it's out of stock on the shelves, I didn't pay anything for the phone call I just made to the store, and that took priority and pulled the store manager's attention away from everything else. I respect Staples right to make this policy and stand so firmly by it, but we did not and do not plan to use their services because of it.

Purchased an HP Envy Inspire printer on Saturday. The color ink cartridge that came with the printer was defective out of the box.They refused to exchange it for a new one.Will NEVER purchase anything from Staples again(not that it’s going to matter to them).

It's Staples... I can't say the service is great. It's not horrible, but if you look like you need help then someone will eventually point you in the right direction. They're supposed to be a UPS drop-off location, but they don't do anything besides let you drop things off. They can't scan bar codes or anything like a normal UPS drop-off. Well, they probably could, but their business model seems to be to charge you as much as possible for everything including dropping off an item with prepaid shipping despite undoubtedly already getting some payment for being the drop off point. Basically, that's the Staples business model in general, so they're consistent. It's Staples...
