Lady helped us order a pair of shoes to be delivered to our home. She was calm and sure while doing it even while a line formed that would fluster or stress a less service oriented worker. After helping us, she went on to serve the others waiting efficiently.

Placed my order on line 5/9 /24. Today 5/20 I inquired about the order. They inform me my order has been received and awaiting a shipping label. Yes 11 days after I had placed the order they decided to fill the order. Never again not so super shoes.

Interviewed for a job as a cashier. The store manager told me I wasn't allowed to discuss pay with anyone but her.This is highly illegal and shady. Declined job and left interview.Encourage anyone who currently works there to discuss their pay!

I let my daughter pick her shoes, I wasn’t sure what or where to find steel toes, I asked a wonderful lady, wish I got her name, she took me right to where I needed to be and was able to quickly make my choice, and exit in a timely manner! Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences in a long time!
