Ulta is by far one of my favorite stores!!! I had my hair cut at the Ulta in Hanover, Pa on Eisenhower Dr. Kyla cut my hair and she was by far one of the nicest, most genuine person I have met in a long time!!! She was so kind and attentive to my needs. I told her what I wanted and she took her time and really was in tuned to the style I wanted. If I could give her 10 starts I would. Highly recommend her services. She’s amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This morning at Ulta I was helped by a wonderful woman named Brittany. She recommended products that have so far worked amazingly and she was very kind while doing so. She defiantly went above and beyond with her service! Thank you!

Alyssa is a Gem of a young lady. She does my daughters hair and when my daughter goes in there it's a experience. This young lady has great cosmetology skills and great people skills. This hanover location in general is all around great. The GM is equally wonderful and a pleasure dealing with. She is very helpful and also creates a great experience at the store!

Terrible experience at the North Hanover Ulta. I’m in the need of eye shadow. I asked for help for certain shades for green eyes. She said they don’t really make pallets for specific eye colors. She showed me everything she liked and had. Told me the colors that were in the pallet that I could see but no explanation of how well the brand is or well the hues stay or pick up lights She said keep looking you’ll find something. If you need help ask. Saw her a few min later asked if I need help. I said is there certain make up for skin over 50 Her answer was not really Here are some pallets over here These are browns these are rosy colors. Really not very helpful.

My stylist, Alyssa, provided amazing service while putting extreme detail into my hair to achieve the desired results. I loved the color and the much-needed trim. I would highly recommend this Ulta Beauty salon, and especially Alyssa!

Pretty disappointed in the experience I had today at Ulta. Came in for a touch up on my eyebrows before leaving for a business trip. The wax must have been too hot because I have a bad burn under my brow, that is still swollen and red hours later. Note, I do not use retinol or any medications on my skin. The stylist also took way too much off the tail end of my brows. My once thick eyebrows now look very thin and unattractive. The stylist was incredibly nice, hence why I hate leaving this review, but this service was not $30 worth.

Junie was super super helpful she answered all my questions with kindness and gave me great suggestions. She was super patient with me even after all the times I changed my mind on something. Whatever she’s getting paid now is not enough with how amazing she is.

I had a bad experience in the York store. The manager, Mary, was rude,and I refuse to go back there. The manager Becca from the Hanover store reached out to me and apologize for my bad experience that I had at the York store. She offered for me to come into the Hanover store to get my makeup done with 50% off. I called back and talked to another manager Jen and she scheduled my appointment. I arrived and I must say that ALL of the employees are so pleasant and welcoming. When I got to the salon, Nicole and Alexis welcomed me and apologize for my experience at the York store. Nicole tells me that there will be no charge! I was shocked! How nice is that?! They had nothing to do with the rudeness of Mary the manager from the York store, but they showed me that Ulta, at least the Hanover store put customers first! My makeup artist was a young lady name Alexis. She was fabulous! I'm a person that doesn't wear makeup and Alexis made sure I was comfortable with everything she did. She explained step by step of what she was doing and explained the different makeup she used on me. I have to say that Alexis did a fabulous job! She truly knows what she's doing! I HIGHLY recommend the Hanover store if you are looking to get your makeup done! I definitely will be returning! Thank you ladies for a great experience!
