Worst customer service ever and we keep getting re-furbished cable boxes that only last a few months. Hate Xfinity. You would think for the $300+ we pay per month that they could provide a service that actually works!

Due to job change I needed a new phone number and a new phone. When my turn came up I got Lily, and working with her was unlike any wireless phone issue in two+ decades. A new number and new phone in 30 minutes. No hard sell pressure for add-ons and extras. ALL costs discussed were written down and gauranteed and those numbers were unlike anything I've experienced before. The experience was so good we came back two weeks later, to see Lily, and to add my wifes line because of the huge savings over her current carrier, which took all of 15 minutes. Thanks for your help Lily! Outstanding experience!!

3 month old phone with no damage just stopped powering on or charging. The staff basically tried to power it on and charge it then told me there was nothing they could do. They told me to go to a different store to try to get it fixed, wouldn't open a ticket or anything. So now I'm day 4 without a phone and its next to impossible to open a ticket through calling, going online, or even contacting corporate customer service. By far the worst company I've ever dealt with and this store has some lazy employees.
Edit: I open the link to the chat service provided and get no response from an agent. Cute....just another way to waste people's time and money.
Edit 2: finally spoke with someone and they refuse to do anything to help even though I pay for the protection service. A bunch of useless lazy people working for a joke of a company. If you're thinking about switching to xfinity, do yourself a favor and go to one of their competitors

Waited in line for almost an 90 min. just to return an old router (in which they mailed a new one and said it HAD to be upgraded due to age), transaction took less than 5 min.
They should have a person for phones, one for Internet and one for returns.

I had a great experience at the Xfinity store. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was helpful, the service was quick, and they made sure all my questions were answered. I left feeling confident and satisfied with my visit.

I canceled my internet service on June 1st and they continued charging me until today, August 7th. They refused to give me information about my account because of the payments. Basically, they are stealing and scamming me.
