I inquired in person about internet and streaming in a location with no wifi. The young girl at the Hanover store showed me how to use my phone as a mobile wifi hotspot. It worked with my Roku at home. Hopefully it will work at camp. I have cell reception there so she said it should work. Sorry I don't have the girl's name. She was phenomenal. She didn't waste my time.

After spending hours on the phone with customer service I finally gave up and went into the store. Patrick saved the day and got everything sorted out. Before coming in I was strongly considering canceling my xfinity service as a whole. I went back later to upgrade my phone and Jake made everything super easy. Always go into xfinity before calling.

Though often busy when I enter, I'm seen as soon as a representative becomes available. The reps are knowledgeable, respectful, timely, and gracious. They are always able to provide me with more details than calling Xfinity customer service. I highly recommend this store and purchasing from them, they'll provide you with as much bang for your buck as they can.

I have been here twice. Once to close an account and another to help my friend open up an account for wifi and both times the employees were wonderful and we did not have to wait long to get help. Amazing service!

Everyone welcomed us as soon as we walked in the store. Jess help us with the purchase of 2 cell phones, 1 tablet and 1 watch. Jess also helped with set up and if we had further questions to give him a call. Will highly recommend Jess and his team to family and friends.

Every time I've come to this specific store, I've had my issue fixed. They will not hesitate to call the corporate line for me so they don't have to deal with it. Last time Jess and Pat helped me set up a smart watch for my son and took additional steps to ensure my monthly bill would barely change. This is the only Xfinity store I will come to.

Patrick is a great tech. He made getting a new phone easy and pleasant. He was helpful and very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. He made all the connections to transfer everything into my new phone. He fully supported me. I recommend the Hanover Xfinity store. I have been many times for various problems and they did a great job.
