“Eric saved me! I initially went to a different shop and waited eight months for the repairs (parts shortage) Once I got my car back, it was an embarrassingly inadequate repair job. I then took it to Platinum and received an estimate to repair it correctly. Due to Eric refusing to cut corners and actually doing the job correctly to proper specifications the insurance company (Snake Farm) opted to declare the vehicle a total loss. The Insurance company then gave me a low-ball offer as the final payout. Eric advised me to reject their offer. I did and they "looked over my claim and realized they weren't using accurate comps". As a result, I received thousands more, which was an actual accurate value of the vehicle. Eric and his staff will fix your car correctly the first time and his vast knowledge of auto insurance is invaluable. Cant recommend enough!!!!Service: Body & Trim”

“On Saturday April 17th 2022 I had an emergency. A flat tire on my way to get my wife to the hospital in Toronto Canada due to the fact our travel insurance did not cover her lung problem in the USA. I knocked on the house door of this "closed" facility and the reaction was amazing to say the Least.
