Always EXCELLENT customer service at this store! Every single time I go in for advice or help (or even by phone) they ALWAYS can provide advice or an answer to my issue and it's solved! I'm so grateful for the employees in this store!! It's become my GO TO Hardware Store.

I just visited the Harleysville store and a gentleman Ken helped me. He was efficient and super helpful 5 star service. Everytime I come here I am greeted and everybody is so willing to help me with my various house projects. Thank you again Ken I really appreciated your help!

Terrible experience. I paid $150 for a mower repair that didn’t even last two months.
The repair estimate to the repair that lasted two months was $300, and unfortunately, the last fix did not even last two months. Given the poor outcome, I declined further repair and asked my nephew to pick up the mower so that I could sell it on the marketplace.
To my shock, when I went to take pictures of the mower, I discovered open wires, loose parts in a plastic bag, and the unit not even properly closed. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of the work performed. — unsafe and completely unprofessional.
I reached out to the manager, but he didn’t bother to respond. This shows a total lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect for customers.

Went in today august 9th 2025, guy at the help desk was extremely arrogant. I was looking for grinding wheels and couldnt find them. Seen the associate walking away and said “hey buddy could you help me find” was cut off with im not your buddy so dont call me buddy. Then he proceeded to walk around with the other male at the counter joking about how he was rude to me and laughing i thought he was his buddy. If i could give zero stars i would. Atleast the checkout lady was extremely nice and helpful.

Large variety of hardware and home items. Decent selection of outdoor furniture, bird feeders, bird food, grills and smokers. They have virtually any bolt, screw or nut you might need and you don't have to buy a full package and go home with a bunch of stuff that will hide away in your storage closet.
SUPER friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've been buying here for years and continue to do so.
