I went to this branch for some banking help while navigating a very difficult time in my life. Moon was kind and compassionate. I felt like he went above and beyond by taking the time to get to know my situation and sharing his relevant knowledge and experience with me. I'm just so grateful for Moon's help and relieved that this is one less thing I need to worry about for now.

The service experience at the Harleysville location is very friendly and helpful. My mom and I would like to thank Antonia Haddock for all her efforts in helping us with her banking needs. Infact, I would like to thank all the employees at this branch for helping my mom feel so welcomed when she walks in the door. It means so much! We also want to thank Kelbin Carolina for his sincere efforts in helping with our banking needs.
I highly recommend doing your banking at Citadel Credit Union!

My review is for all citadel not this specific location. I had a car loan with this bank, I missed one payment around Christmas because I’m a single parent. I called the company letting them know I missed a payment and they said it was fine. Next thing I know they repo my car and charge me 600 dollars repo fee. This bank doesn’t care if you’re a single parent or going through a rough patch. All they care about is money. Luckily we were able to pull my loan from this bank and get my car back. Never again banking with them. Horrible service.

Thieves....after opening an account for our daughter to save for college - we returned 3 years later to see that 75% of her money was gone because of their fees deducted each month. The customer service is very poor and difficult to deal with. No monthly statements and no call regarding our balance. No concern or regard for their policies and taking a young girl's money. There are many good local banks in Harleysville and this is definitely not one of them! Wished we would have put our money anywhere else!

This isn't a review for this (new) bank but rather a review on why we need another bank in Harleysville. For such a small town there seems to be an over-abundance of pizza shops and banks. How about something different like an Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Chipotle, etc? I realize that the Puritan (Mennonite) town fathers hold all the liquor licenses but what ever happened to separation of church and state?

Horrible! I sent my customer over for a car loan and she was already approved before she walked in 700+ credit score. Banker had an attitude with me on the phone. Asked me for bos faxed it over and all of a sudden they said she wasn't approved anymore. Terrible! Terrible! TERRIBLE! This bank is across the street from my house and I'll never use them nor will I reccomend them to anyone over this experience!!!!

Everyone here goes out of their way to help you as soon as you enter the building. I have met 4 employees and all were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble
