My wife and I were at this store for the first time a few weeks ago to look at hot tubs. We were the only customers in the whole store and they had two employees working. We looked around the selection and saw they had some other selections in a smaller area. We walked over there and the two employees were talking and saw that we were there to look at tubs. They both looked at us (didn't say a word to us) and just walked away to talk in the corner. This was the first time I was at this store and it will be my last. They have just lost our business.

Worst business I ever encountered. The owner is a rude entitles pompous a******* They double charged me for a U-Haul rental. I called to tell him and he told me was busy and had to call back. When he called me back he told me he was done for the day and would handle it tomorrow. Unacceptable. Talk about not giving a s*** about anyone but yourself. DO NOT PATRONIZE

We purchased our hot tub from Stu at the West End Fair. They were so patient with us as our kids were incredibly loud and jumping in/out of all of their display hot tubs. Never once made us feel uncomfortable and were so nice to the kids as we took forever to decide on a hot tub. They told us it would be ordered on the next truck and it was. They called for delivery and promptly delivered on the day scheduled with no concerns. The three delivery guys were amazing. Honestly the best. They helped us remove part of our fence, bring the hot tub down two inclines and put it in our deck. I can’t say enough good things about them. They took the time to teach us the basics of a hot tub and explain the chemicals needed. Never made us feel rushed. It honestly was a great experience overall purchasing the hot tub, the staff was the best. Stu called about a week later to check-in. Unfortunately our electrician never showed up but fast forward 3 weeks later- it’s hooked up and AMAZING. We’ve been in it every day multiple times. So incredibly happy and thankful.

The owner of Daniel's Lawn and Garden rented a uhaul to someone in my name. When I called to see what happened no one answered so I left a message. I called back again a few hours later after not receiving a response and the owner answered and said he had got my message and didn't have time to talk about it at the moment. I explained to him that he just gave out my personal information to a stranger so he had to make time. He said all he did was type in the phone number and my information autofilled. The phone number on the contract I received via email was not even my phone number. I asked him if he checked an ID which clearly he didn't or he would have noticed the names did not match (but he said he did). He was rude, unapologetic, blamed the guy he rented the truck to, and blamed uhaul as well. I advised if he released my personal information to anyone else, there would be a lawsuit. He responded "good for you". I promptly told him to f*** himself. He acted like I was an inconvenience. DO NOT GO HERE. Mistakes are made all he had to do was be apologetic and explain what happened rather than being rude and lying. He told me I was "harping on the situation". I was AGAIN, DO NOT GO HERE. Customer service is terrible. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Purchased a hot tub at a home show in April 2021. It was delivered a few days later and when it arrived, they had mounted the cover on the wrong side. They corrected the issue and moved the mounts to the correct side, leaving holes in the side panel. I was told it would take a few months to get a new panel, but they would come out and replace the panel so there weren't exposed holes. Several weeks later, I noticed the tub was losing water on a consistent basis and had water showing on the outside (signs of a leak). I called and reported the issue and said they could fix it when they brought the new panel. I was told they didn't know what I was talking about regarding the panel, but then admitted they remembered and would come in August to address both issues. In September I called to see what was going on because I never heard anything and was again told they didn't remember, but they would have someone call me. A few days later, no call. When I called again, I was told I was on the schedule. When I said the day they scheduled wouldn't work, they said they'd reschedule. BUT, they don't ask you what day work for me. They just keep scheduling and will call a few days before to say they are coming, whether that day works for the customer or not. I also asked if they were coming for the leak, the panel or both and I was told, they didn't know. I was just "on the schedule". I'm starting to worry they are waiting for the warranty period to run out so they can charge for a repair.
