After speaking with Jecinda, she took it upon herself to drive to another store and get the item for me. I picked the item up a day later. “Josh is the Man!
I own a rental that has an 80 year old woman living their that has health problems. The AC stopped working, I troubleshot that the 50/5 capacitor was defective. This Woman really needs the air conditioning. I called Josh at Johnstone Supply in Hatfield 4 minutes before closing at 4:56pm. All other HVAC supply stores were already closed at 4:30pm. Most customer service people would just not answer the phone so close to the closing time. Josh answered, I told him what I was dealing with & that I would really appreciate it if I could pay by credit card for the capacitor and pick it up outside the store because it would take another 1/2 hour to get there. I told Josh I would completely take responsibility for the capacitor if it got stolen. Josh not only said he would be glad to help me but would not accept payment for the capacitor considering the circumstances. I picked up the capacitor where Josh said he left it. I installed the capacitor in the rain where the rental is in Quakertown. AC is working Great!
Josh deserves this review. There should be more people in this world like Josh. Thank You Josh & Johnstone Supply in Hatfield!”

“Kris the manager went above and beyond helping me straighten out a hot water heater situation that was a bad purchase on my part. Really, Rheem should be ashamed of themselves for selling The Gladiator heater to begin with. Kris had everything ready to get credit back on my credit card and purchase another model when he very easily could have made me go through store credit route and and wait for the difference to eventually show back up on my credit card. I appreciate his effort in making the entire night mare of a situation slightly easier. I'm going to have HOT WATER TODAY!!!!”

“Yet another great Lowe’s experience. The complete opposite of the Quakertown team. Woody was beyond exceptional and exceeded our needs. Woody was qualified and knew what he was talking about. He assisted in cutting 250!!!!!!!!! Feet of electrical wire. He went out of his way to help us and made our experience great. He reassured us that it was not “time consuming” (like the Quakertown team referred to it). He instead referred to it as “fun”. A great man who refers to his job as fun. “Idk about the buyers, but the warehouse is pretty chill. People are nice (for the most part). The only downside is no earbuds, and you can’t operate the forklift if you have a medical card. Other than that, I think the pay you get for the work you’re doing is not bad at all.”
