The delivery guys were very professional, and after hooking everything up - verified proper operation as well as making sure there were no leaks in the connections.You’re just not going to get the same level of service and knowledge from a big box chain store.”

“I shop here a LOT! But, I just had an especially great experience with my last order. I had scheduled a delivery of a vanity top online and it was delivered to me damaged. I called the store immediately and they worked with me to not only replace it, but drive to my house and swap it out! (I truly appreciate not having to get that bulky vanity in my car to return it!). Thanks especially to Mike, the Specialty Manager, for taking his own time to swap this out for me. And thank you to the service desk who were kind enough to help me resolve my issue! You guys are the best!!”

I had a nice young man help me at the service desk. Then I had a nice lady help me find my bucket tool. I also got help in the cleaning isle. Then when I had trouble finding something else, there was a man standing at the front of the isles who helped me and when I thought I was finished he asked "anything else you need?" which reminded me of my shelf brackets that I forgot to put on the list. What a great shopping day because you made it so much easier. The world is a better place when people help you out. Please don't get robots! Anyway, I will definitely be back!”

“CJ Miller was the only store in the US I could find the vacuum cleaner I was interested in. I didn't know if they were a reputable business or some fake site that would take my money and run. But I went ahead and bought the vacuum - as soon as I hit enter I changed my mind. It wasn't what I needed. I called the next morning to see if I could cancel. First, I learned they are, indeed, a real store. And second, they could not have been nicer or more understanding. They went ahead and cancelled the order no questions asked. If you need a vacuum, buy it from them. If you're buying online, have no fear - they're a real business with real people. If they're a little more expensive, you're supporting a small business. It's worth it.”
