We had a great experience at the Harleysville Mattress Factory with Bernie! After shopping around at various stores, we knew we had to go back for a straightforward salesman who knew how to make us feel comfortable and not like we were just a commission. Friendly and easy to work with. We are very happy with our Wellness Glacier mattress.

One of the most enjoyable shopping experiences we've ever had. If you need a new mattress you don't need to go anywhere else. We had planned to visit several mattress stores that day but Mattress Factory was our first and only stop. No need to go anywhere else. Go there and ask for Erich! He was super pleasant and very knowledgable. Our new mattresses were delivered the very next day and we are extremely satisfied.

Old review: Erich was super helpful, very friendly and really knows his stuff!
New review: after telling Erich that I wanted to wait to see if I was going to pay the bed cash or credit, he had me fill the credit paper and said he would not put it through until I decide. So I decided to pay cash, a lil bit after I receive a message on my credit that Mattress Factory ran my credit and now I have a negative remark on it which affected my credit negatively even though I paid for the bed cash. Thanks for running it without my approval. He claimed he doesnt make bonuses but I am certain he does for credit checks.
