I really liked this company when I first started out. Then I hit over 3 years with them and asked for a raise as I seen the other project made a dollar more an hour. So instead of giving me a raise after asking from March of 2024, I decide to get a new employer. I do the right thing and put in my two weeks notice in today (9/5/2024) and they let me go 30 minutes after putting my notice in because "I went to a competitor and it's just what's in the best interest for the company" when asked what could make me stay I said pay me $24 an hour which is what my new job will pay and they said they can't do it because that's more pay than the team leads make" that's not my problem. It's a competitive world out there and they are behind the times on hourly pay. I gave them time to give me even a few bucks raise and they did nothing. But in the end, to me, it felt like Jon got butt hurt that I put my notice in when he kept telling me to "wait it out" for a raise and they let me go immediately instead of letting me work. Oh well. This is a decent company if you absolutely need a job, but don't expect much out of them. A pro, I did love that they didn't require a camera, I had a lot of freedom.

Ignitist IS THERE for their EMPLOPYEES. In a extreme time of need, I did not know where to turn. I sent an email to HR regarding my situation, and was BLOWN AWAY at not only the prompt response....but the help the company assisted with.
Ignitist CARES about its employees and their families. I am extremely blessed to be a part of their family.

To all my Medicare agents DO NOT WORK HERE! This is by far the worst company in the Medicare industry. You make 200 outbound calls a day to a bunch of awful leads that don’t answer and you are forced to leave useless voicemails on every single call!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT MARY MULLEN is a embarrassment of a manager no one communicates anything at all they are just selfish horrible humans and if I can save even one person from wasting there time and energy working for this horrible company I hope this helps. I would t recommend this to anyone this is a joke of a company with no true leaders at all truly truly shameful.if I could give this shameful company negative stars I certainly would shameful company with shameful people in leadership
