Dana was extremely kind and awesome at making the process as simple and efficient as possible.As long as you have an appointment and show up understanding they close at 3, I don't see why you should have any issues here.”

People had responded overwhelmingly recommending Andre at this labcorp location. I was not disappointed. He and the rest of the staff were calm and professional. He was able to stick my daughter very quickly without fumbling or digging. It was over very fast and as quick and painless as I could imagine a pediatric lab draw ever being. 10/10 recommend.”

“I'm a legendarily hard stick: finding a vein on me has always been challenging, so much so that every phlebotomist and nurse (and even doctor) who has tried to draw my blood remembers me lol. Doesn't matter how hydrated I am. They'll try several times before getting someone else who will call someone else and on and on--my record is 7 phlebotomists and nurses. Used to being stuck, so I'm always more worried about the mental health of the person who's just trying to find a frickin vein lol. But there are a few who just have that touch--and 2 of them are at this Quest ??The 2 phlebotomists I've seen are both lovely people. Jason's the one who's usually there when I go and he's so sweet and pleasant. He also has a gentle touch, which I appreciate. Still tough getting blood from me, but he'll do it. They both will. (Can't remember the other phlebotomist's name ? but she's also great.) Both are professional and hygiene-conscious.So if they can squeeze water out of this rock, you know you're in safe hands.I do walk-ins and get seen immediately most times. Never had to wait more than 10 min. I've also made appointments online a few times and that's a quick and easy process.The facilities are always clean and comfortable, and there's ample parking right in front.Highly recommend!”

“Second time here, and I got technician Lisa again! I forgot how nice and vibrant she was and knowledgeable with her job until I quickly remembered. I had an appointment, and she helped me log in earlier on the tablet. She checked vitals and answered all my questions. I appreciate your beside manner, Lisa. The person today who assisted me spoke in a condescending manner, and that may or may not have been the intention,; however it is very disrespectful and ignorant. But besides that got what I needed done ??”

“I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this location. Just walked out of a walk-in appointment, 10 minutes in and out. The young ladies here were kind and compassionate, the location is clean and orderly. No complaints and will use again in the future. People complaining about bruising - this is a personal issue based on your body type and veins. The workers do not cause the bruising, this is likely your genetic make-up. The woman who handled my draw was gentle and didn't feel a thing.”

“Both my roommate and I needed to get blood tests done. We were very nervous, but the doctor that saw us was very friendly and calming, making lighthearted jokes to ease us. They were able to see us earlier than our appointments. The facility itself was also very clean!”

“I am shocked to read these reviews! I came in as a walk around 8am today. Crystal came up and saw that I had checked in. She explained to me that I should make an appt because it is not a guarantee that I would be seen today. Before I could even schedule my appt, she offered to take me anyway as long as I could wait a few minutes. She was ready to go in 2 minutes, took me back, had two blood samples & a urine test.. All took about 5-10 minutes. Crystal was calm, quick, and kept me distracted! Getting bloodwork is never fun, but she made it easy! My advice is to have patience with short staffed healthcare workers, understand that walk-ins will have to wait, and do not be rude to these phlembotomists… after all, they are the ones with the sharp things! Crystal- you were stellar!!”
