Since this was my only day off and I didn’t have an appointment, I was stressed about it. Thankfully, this location was completely different. I waited less than 10 minutes, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, polite, and professional. I usually don’t have pleasant experiences at labs, so this visit really surprised me in the best way.”
