I’ve been going to the store for a few years now since I started owning chickens. And every single time that I go, the manager Joy has constantly been super helpful and always friendly. Since then, I’ve started coming to the store for all of my needs for my goats, cats, dogs just because of the customer service I received at the store. Thank you Joy!

I needed a 1500 gallon water tank and it had to be plumbed to a certain spec. Kenny went above and beyond to help me. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was getting close to his quitting time and he continued to stay to help me till this tank was what I needed. You need anything when you go to this store ask for Kenny. You won’t be sorry. Tractor supply management. Give him a raise.

After going out to a different location to pick up a safe (that wasn't really in stock) I was sent to Harleysville and told to ask for Sonia. She went way above and beyond to get me fixed up. Employees like her are the reason to keep going to stores like this. The service was excellent. Thanks again. All is well.

My husband and I went into this store this morning looking for an impact driver. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted pleasantly by the cashier first, and then by the manager, Courtney. We didn't know that Courtney was the manager until we called the store later to let the manager know how terrific she is, and how wonderful she was to us. Courney showed us what we were looking for, found it in the locked supply case, and explained to us that we could get both the Makita and TCS in-store warranties for very little extra money. Also, the impact driver that we picked out just happened to be on sale, saving us $55.00! So we ended up getting an extra battery and the impact driver with 4-year warranties for both. Thank you Courtney! This TSC store knows what customer service is! I would recommend them any day.
