HORRIBLE. Does anyone actually work here? It is a Monday. I have been calling every Hour since 8am - No one answers the phone & now of course they’re closed. The USPS 800 # customer service is useless. They just keep saying to call local post office. Wow what a disaster the USPS has become.

Worst post Office I ever walked into. They got one lazy dude that claims 'you must have a return address written on the package; i've mailed stuff for YEARS never writing on the package because guess what? The label is printed out and a barcode is scanned! Who cares! Waited a half hour in line to be told my package couldn't be sent! What?! Insane! Went to next closest location and guess what? Nobody cared. Package mailed. Unbelievable! Avoid these idiots at all cost and go ANYWAY else for normal service

A vendor I buy from mailed a package with a tracking number on Monday. It's now Friday, and I have no idea where the package is because the USPS postal worker that picked up the package didn't think it was important enough to do the job they are paid to do and scan the label. That is such a neglect of the postal carriers responsibility. Tax payers have paid for this scanning equipment and service, but if a well-paid postal worker doesn't bother to do his/her job, then our investment is useless and the postal worker is mocking us and voiding our investment. This isn't a one-time thing. This vendor has had other lack-of-scanning of outgoing packages recently. Enough. Stop it! Do your job!

My carrier is dispatched from the Harleysville Post Office and I'd like to share an experience I recently had. A few days ago, I saw the postal truck parked in front of my Cluster Box Unit (CBU). After 15 minutes, I decided to go get my mail even though the truck was still parked there thinking the carrier had to walk to deliver a package. When I arrived, the carrier was siting in the truck texting on her phone and when I went to open my "box", she informed me that she hadn't filled the CBU yet and immediately went back to her phone! Maybe that's one of the reasons the post office is losing customers to the other carriers? Just a thought....

Today I was refused service because I didn’t choose to put my return address on a package (for privacy) that I was sending for an online sale. The woman with brown hair and glasses was extremely RUDE and refused to send my package. I asked her twice.I went to another US post office and wasn’t even questioned. It is recommended but not required!

The mail carrier picked up my mail from my mailbox, delivered all my mail except the package that was on the truck. They coded it "no access to delivery location". Except, you DID access and deliver the rest of my mail. So, there's that. THEN, I was promised it would be out for delivery the next delivery date (today). NO mail at all. Call customer service, only to be told that it doesn't even show its out for delivery, it's at the Harleysville post office and they don't know why. I just want my package. If they forgot it the first day and didn't feel like looping back around, don't lie about why you didn't deliver the small package. Just deliver it as promised the next business day, today. Nope. Now, you are "looking into" the matter. I asked if the package can just be held at the post office and I'll get it myself, was told by customer service they will put a request in, hopefully it will work. This isn't the first time my packages have gone missing. And it isn't the vendor. It's USPS Harelysville.
