I had a horrible experience with Aaron’s in Harrisburg, PA, and got completely screwed over. I arranged to buy a used Sectional from Levi and Polo for $500, and the seller confirmed it was ready. They even asked if I’d pay by cash or card on arrival, but they backed out last minute. They sold it to someone else, texting me a lame “sorry my friend.” I wasted my time, gas, and effort for nothing. Their unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I’ll never trust Aaron’s again. Buyer beware—don’t rely on this place!

My husband and I are renting to own a beautiful sectional with a chaise lounge. Gabby helped us throughout the whole process and I can't tell you enough what amazing customer service skills she has. Very pleasant and friendly not to mention lots of knowledge about the products. I would definitely recommend you to everyone I know which is why I'm completing this review. Thank you Gabby. You're awesome girl!!!!!!!! You definitely deserve a raise!!!!

My son was recently displaced from his apt Bldg due to a fire, so my wife and son started shopping around for furniture for his new apt, so they bopped in Aaron’s, the search was over, they worked WITH us, not only did they have everything they needed, Gabby was the most pleasant and professional person to work with. No reason to go anywhere else for your needs. 5 ⭐️’s Only. Thank you!

The best customer service experience I've had in years goes out 2 Marcus Carter. He's a very humble salesman and the best I've come across in awhile!!! He's very attentive, patient, knowledgeable and pays attention to his customers needs. He greeted me within 2 seconds coming through the door. He deserves five stars and a raise. Best deals in town on furniture and appliances, plus tvs and computers! They have new and slightly used at a discounted prices with deals all over the store and fantastic, attentive salespeople. If u want it, they will get u anything! Make sure u ask for that guy Mark, he's awesome!!
