Karen is one of the most helpful, kind managers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She cares about each of the tenants like they are family. If there is ever an issue (gate troubles, etc...), she is on it immediately! Your company is lucky to have her!

Owner responded promptly to all requests and assisted beyond the call of duty one time when I had an issue getting on site to the storage unit. I would recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit due to the high level of customer service. They care about their customers. Only reason I had to leave was because of relocation out of state.

Very professional and reasonable rates and Karen is friendly and easy person to talk as a manager. The storage is accessible from 6am-10pm. I was satisfy with my service.

I had a slight issue with the gate passcode working on the day I needed to move into my storage unit, and Karen was super helpful to provide me with an alternative. Worked out great! Thanks Karen!!!!

I got excellent service from Karen. We had to move in 2 weeks and she found a unit for us. We then realized we needed another one, and Karen was able to help get us into another storage that day. Very appreciative of everything Karen did for us.

Signing up was easy and the customer service provided was far above expected. Unit is clean and it appears security is good. Have not moved anything in yet but believe that the whole experience will be a good one.
