There were only two people working in the store and they were busy with customers. I completely get that I work in the retail industry. However, customer service? Acknowledge somebody sitting there for over 45 minutes. Someone could’ve said will be right with you or we’re all working with customers and will be with you as soon as possible. I felt like a ghost sitting in the store that nobody else could see. There were definitely times while I was sitting there that someone could’ve asked me what I was here for. If they knew I was just there to pick up a phone they could’ve got that for me. Especially when the one gentleman sat there for probably a good half an hour waiting for his customers to get off the phone with customer service at AT&T to get their pin number. He could’ve acknowledged me at that point. I get wanting to help the customer that you’re with, but if there’s a free moment that you can acknowledge somebody sitting there waiting for service please do so. I ended up leaving and canceling my phone order with AT&T. it wasn’t until I was walking out the door when one of the guys looked at me and said how are you doing?

Sales person was told I didn't want a $55.00 lifetime warranty screen protector, well that's exactly what he sold me. He also said it's a different cord to charge thus phone, so I had to purchase new ones. It was exactly the same. But I guess if you sell phone you don't have available at the store, you can sell this stuff because the customer has nothing to compare the old phone with.
