I gave two stars for one reason… my nails are gorgeous (thanks Nan) and they were the least expensive service but my pedicure which was $75 is horrible.
Toes cut down too short… shaped nothing like I requested (rounded square)… imaginary French pedicure… had to ask that my cuticles be clipped… leg massage was trash… feet still rough so I’ll just do a scrub on them myself… and it took so long you would’ve thought I asked for something extraordinary… I just wanted a pretty French pedicure… I don’t know what this is but it’s not that and it’s my birthday tomorrow.
Very disappointed because this is the one thing I spare no expense on but I feel like I just gave up my money… I wish I could’ve given that $75 to the girl who did my fill!
Here’s some advice… don’t put someone who is inexperienced with a service on a station. Jamecia was nice but she could never do a pedicure for me again.

Staff member did not allow me to use a gift card…I thought gift cards never expired. Very disappointing.

Been coming here since 2016! Loved when Sydni was here, she was amazing. Everything came out perfect.
Then she left, so I began to go to Anna & Mika, both were great. Then they left.
Now I am very disappointed. Still tried to stay with them because I’ve been going here for years. But the men here don’t know how to do nails.
Went in for a pedicure, and the young man who did it filed on hole in my big toe.
Then I asked for the dip powder, I was only given gel. When asked to speak to someone who knew what I was talking about, they just stared at me. Still paid my $100 , but definitely never going back.

I always enjoy tra attention I get with my pedicures as my nails are thick and difficult to manage. That said , I was disappointed to see I no longer had choices of green tea or other choices with various packets and steps that seemed better for same amount of $. Hoping those choices are brought back!

Rosie was referred to me by a friend in the medical field that I know and admire. She also has her nails done by Rosie so I booked a manicure and pedicure and was totally in awe of Rosie's abilities and also her friendly personality. Babylon is a busy and happy place to be pampered.

I had an appointment but still had to wait. The girl that started my pedicure didn’t seem to know what she was doing (found out at the end she was new). She never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted or turned on the massage chair. The guy next to her tried to help several times. Finally another guy jumped in, but then he took an appointment and a third person finished. Took 2 hours for a basic pedicure and she didn’t even get my feet clean.☹️

I have come here a few times and usually have no problems. Today, I went in at 6:30pm to get my nails soaked off. The guy taking my nails off was rushing to get them off and he was trying to use a tool to pop them off. I asked him to soak them off and he kept telling me that it would take a long time, even though I didn’t mind. Then, while using the nail drill to file my nails down, he cut me and caused me to bleed. He was going to proceed as normal! I had to ask him to spray my cut with alcohol and I had to ask for a bandage. I didn’t see him clean the drill tip. I asked one of the ladies how often they clean the nail drill tips and she said once a day… I will not be going back here, they are supposed to be cleaned and sanitized in between each person! I don’t recommend this place!! I Also noticed the drill tips are stored in altoid mint cans ,which they shouldn’t be , and used nail buffers & dirty nail files are reused on each client
Cleanliness: Doesn’t follow sanitation guidelines… will be reporting

Was giving this salon a try. Made an appointment, got to the salon and was told it would be more than an hour for a pedicure. If you don’t have the ability to keep the appointments you make. Don’t take appointments.

They always do well on my nails and my nails always look like the inspiration photos. I especially love these nails. The woman that did my nails name was Anna and she was very nice.

LOVE MY NAILS. I believe her name was Anna and she absolutely did her thing! Are they pricey? Absolutely so be prepared to spend some money to get what you want!
