I was under the impression that credit unions were all about assisting their members with all aspects of finance management. I was declined a small credit limit credit line while carrying a fair credit score in the rebuild after losing everything during the Covid crisis. This was a huge disappointment. I am now reconsidering my decision/options on where to grow my retirement savings.

Take a full meal not a snack a full 3 course meal! Slow is not the word! Don’t expect to be in and out! No matter how simple you think your transaction may be!

this credit union is by far one of the worst that we have worked with. We have a car learned that we obtained back in 2020. Each month we have to transfer funds from our primary bank into Belco and then I have to go back in once the transfer occurs and transfer the money from our savings at Belco to our car payment. There is no way to directly pay the car payment. Two years ago we moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. I did not realize that I had not changed my address with Belco. In March they started deducting two dollars per month because they tried to mail us some thing which flagged or account.. The mailing was sent back to them so we were then charged two dollars per month with no explanation. I called today to ask why and the representative advised that they must have tried to mail us some thing that was returned. He said initially that that was the fee for the mailing to be returned to them as they get charged. I asked him then what was sent each month since March and he said that once it is flagged, you will be charged monthly a two dollar fee. Absolutely ridiculous. This month as I do each month I transferred extra money to make the car payment and when I tried to put in the amount I wanted to pay which is above the regular car payment. I didn't have enough because they keep taking out the two dollars and the excess that I had in the bank is now gone. Two dollars is not much, but every two dollars in today's economy counts! Once this car is paid off I will never use them again. I will let my relatives know to never use them as well. I do not recommend this credit union.

We have a Belco mortgage and I love watching the mortgage amount drop with each payment. Belco is a great company

Worst bank I ever had to bank with, gave my account balance 5 time to my employees with no regard to be professional they don't value their customers information...won't recommend to friends and family..

I have no complaints, drive thru can sometimes take a little longer than I'd like,but otherwise employees and all staff have always been very helpful and polite,very professional and inviting which is what counts the most to me

I have always used Belco; however this was my first time applying for a loan. Jody (and the rest of the staff) was extremely helpful and kind for what is infamously a stressful process. Excellent communication and I am very grateful!

After being with several financial institutions over the years, I was happily surprised when we joined Belco Credit union. I have not met any employee who is rude or unhelpful. They truly care about all of their members. Very refreshing!

I have to say, Belco is an excellent Bank. I have been with them for over 4 yrs. I really like the service I have received from them. Now, keep in mine, its the employee's that give the company the good name, due to their good conduct in dealing with people. Keep up the good work!? Thanks.

Been with them for over 5 years. Used to be a great neighborhood bank. Used to is the key word. Mobile deposit only works about 10% of the time. Since Covid had them close their lobbies, expect 30 minute plus waits for drive thru. But last week was the final straw. Charged me a $35 overdraft fee on a 14 cent overdraft, and there was money in savings. When I opened the account I declined overdraft protection, now they claim it's mandatory. Already switched to another bank: UPDATE: they finally saw the light and reversed the overdrafts - I added 3 stars

Been a member for more that 5 yrs. 2 loans paid in time, never late. Now I need some extra money to pay for home improvement and to fix my credit. Then answer DENIED....no past history of me having loans w them?????? Really. Told the lady on the phone that I paid off 2 loans last yr. Her answer....have a good day. My answer. I be there soon. To close my account and take my money that is only good enough to pay ya fees.
