Abosolutly horrible experience. Not the Best Buy I have supported for decades.More employees than customers and hardly doing anything.Went to the store to get a simple screen protector for my phone and phone center was six customers deep. Greeter at the front told me to go to customer service and get a screen protector and then geek squad would install it if I wanted.Went to customer service and they sent me back to phones told the 4 guys at the greeting station they need serious management help.Start with cleaning out the dead wood with management!No doubt Best Buy will fail in the very near future.Customer service doesn’t exist anymore.

Sales people were very helpful and helpful. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. They took a lot of time walking me/us through the availability of an IPad and IPhone, too. Bust Buy is our first go to source for information on electronics and products!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Bought a computer online through Best Buy. Received email stating it wouldn’t ship for 3 weeks. Instead went to store and tried to cancel order. They said couldn’t be cancelled as it was in process. Bought another computer instead. Received online order 2 days later. Had busy month: finally took back online order 2 weeks after return date. I was told no refund. Except, if I paid more money I could get some back. I left with choice words. Horrible business. Will start shopping at Apple stores instead.

I waited about 5-6 min in line, no problem, but then the manager did not take the time to listen to me the customer. No one else in line behind me. Accused me of being argumentative, which escalated an otherwise friendly visit. Isn't it worth taking two minutes to listen to a customer and say "I understand, but..." rather than have them the customer leave angry over a $7.50 refund? Sign says "Customer Service". I was told to go home and get the refund on the website instead. That ultimately means BestBuy has to pay for a shipping label, so more cost to BestBuy plus an upset customer. I will try to avoid this location and go to Mechanicsburg instead.

Purchased bundled appliance package with Tim Stolte at a Best Buy in MD for items to be delivered 12/12/23 in Marysville, PA. He assured me they are well-versed on doing deliveries in other states. Come 12/12/23 at 10:15 am, a BB rep called and advised my delivery was canceled. No explanation given and no new delivery time or date given. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with the national toll free phone number for Best Buy to no avail and even filed a complaint the the BBB. Over and above Tim Stolte, I have spoken to reps Rose, Kartik, Elle, Louis, Srinivas and Ace to no avail. They just hold the phone and say nothing when you ask for a manager. Then say the manager just went into a meeting and is unavailable. Still no resolution. My money is gone. I have no products and no satisfactory resolution. If you're in the market for appliances, I urge you to seek them out elsewhere, such as Home Depot, Lowes or the like. Stay away from appliance purchases at Best Buy.

I do not tolerate gimmicks of lies. In the laptop department I was given a black Friday price for a dell, then told I can get the discount if I sign up for a membership. I say OK but I don't want any recurring fees. He says no, you only pay $50 today. Then after I pay he says go on the app and cancel anytime so it doesn't bill you annually. He tells me I get a member discount on a backpack I'm looking at, then I go to buy it and they tell me my membership is not in the system yet so I can't get that price today. I ask them to cancel my membership but they say we can't, it's not in the system yet. This is a technology store mind you. And when I try to cancel on the website there's nowhere to do so. So now I have to spend time calling them because of GIMMICKS AND LIES.

Zero stars. Hire teens who don’t help the customer. 11/22/23 at 5:30pm. The unpleasant, disgruntled worker who is at the front door counter shouldn’t show her unfriendly face when you walk in. Very bad for your business. I will never purchase anything from this store again since they don’t respect customer. I think they might be racially profiling. I’m glad we have Costco next door.

I am giving this store of one star rating. If I could give it zero stars, trust me I would. Went to their store this morning with a laptop that I bought from them that will not charge. Customer service set me up with an appointment with Geek Squad, to come back later the same day at 3:00 p.m. I got there a few minutes early and I sat waiting for my appointment, I watched at least four people/families get extremely upset and walk out. There were a lot of angry people in there and leaving for the exact same reason as mine. Most of them were upset for lack of customer service, lack of knowledge, and just plain down rude and not helpful. As such, at 3:08 p.m. I got up and went to the counter and asked if they could check me in because my appointment was at 3:00 and I was in a rush to pick my son up from school. I explained my situation to the geek squad technician, who very rudely and quickly inform me that they could not help me and that I was to go to a local battery store to buy a battery myself and put it in. Or, I could go buy the battery, make ANOTHER appointment to bring it back and they would put it in for a $40 service charge. This was absolutely ridiculous to me, considering, we have an account that we pay for with geek squad as well as bought thousands of dollars worth of electronics from them. I informed the geek squad technician that I have wasted my time coming to their store twice today. When I explained the situation with my laptop to the customer service technician earlier that day, they could have explained this to me at that point and not asked for me to come back later in the day with my electronics. He quickly, rudely, and very sassy, said that our customer service technicians that work at Best buy are not trained to know this information. I thought that was the most absurd and ridiculous response that I have ever heard. Why are they chasing their tails and wasting people's time!? Don't have your customer service even set up appointments if that is the situation! Get it together people and figure out a new system that is efficient for all! Stupid, just plain stupid!Everybody should have to speak directly to geek squad about what their issue is and if an appointment is necessary and if they are able to fix it or not. Geek squad at this location is extremely rude, lazy, not knowledgeable and worthless. My family will never give them another dollar and we will never refer anybody to buy from this Best buy.

Came into the store to purchase a dishwasher and no one would help me. I ended up ordering online and scheduled delivery and install which was confirmed. Afterwards they sent me an email saying I needed to reschedule. When I contacted them they said the delivery couldn't do my install for "personal reasons" and wouldn't let me keep the date I had selected. They sent me to corporate who still wouldn't help me and told me i had to pick a different day. I canceled my order and will spend my money somewhere else. The customers shouldn't be inconvenienced or punished because your delivery team canceled the install.
