Brian was the most helpful sales professional I've ever met. I had several issues with my phones and he went out of his way each of the 3 times I needed him to take care of me, I think above and beyond what most sales persons would do. He's also just a fantastically nice guy!

Brian made it very simple to get a new phone. He was very nice and informative. His customer service & kind character influenced me to get a second line. Even after the sale was made he made sure both of my phones were set up and working before I left the store.

The worst company ever. I'm being charged for a line that was not able to be activated. Never used it, no calls no data nor text used. But they say I still have to pay for a line that's say no network ever time I try to activate it. I am also cancelling my first line. I will never use boost again.
