Pharmacy is horrible on numerous occasions i have recieved medication that does not have the label on it. The box was labeled and they didn't provide the box with the medication at the time of pick up. When trying to call they don't answer the phone ever. And then when you get to the location you have to wait quite a while for your prescriptions.

They had prime in stock so i had to give it 5 stars and the employees were very nice so i recommend this pharmacy

I waited 15 minutes in line at this pharmacy during the middle of the day to pick up my prescriptions. It was mostly so the cashier could finish her conversation with a customer while showing the customer pictures of her child on her phone. Once it was my turn I was told my prescription wouldn't be ready for 15 minutes. So I waited off to the side for another 15 minutes until they announced overhead that my prescription was ready. I went to the cashier and was told that I had to go to the end of the now very long line again. I would have been in there for an hour and had to leave to get back to work before even picking up my prescription. It was ridiculous. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

If I could give no stars I would.... Now I waited 20 minutes in line for an order that was called in yesterday. Get to the window nope it's not ready gonna be 15 minutes go back around and wait in line because you can't hold the line up. So I did what they asked now I've been in line 35 minutes and haven't moved one car this is the worst pharmacy I've ever been too I won't be using rite aid anymore. Worst service I've ever experienced.

I am sad to say after 15+ years I have changed the use of this Rite Aid to another Rite Aid in the area. After waiting 14 days for a refill with no communication as to why the medication was not refilled I made this decision. I called every 2 days to obtain an update and every time I got the same response...."we have to order the medication"....argh! Customer oriented service is no longer present at this store. Associates in the pharmacy are no longer friendly and act frustrated when you ask a question. It looks like they are short staffed. The long wait at the drive thru is unacceptable and the East Park Drive entrance/exit is very unsafe....the driveway needs repaired and widened for safe exit/entrance. They may have put a new face on the outside but a lot needs to change before I use this Rite Aid again.

Don't ever come here! Waiting at the window for the flu shot and the pharmacist is ignoring us because she's too busy on the phone with a PERSONAL phone call! Talk about your coworkers on your own time not when you have customers waiting to be acknowledged instead of being ignored. We walked out and went to the one on 22.

The pharmacist and the techs that work in this particular Rite Aid are the worst. The pharmacist is rude and the techs are not much better with no manners at all. There was never a thank you or even a how can I help you. You get to the counter and they just look at you waiting for you to speak. I had no choice but to go here when my insurance changed from CVS. I never missed CVS so much as I did when I had to go to this Rite Aid. I have moved now and the Rite Aid I go to here is amazing! Someone needs to do an Undercover Boss episode at this Union Deposit Rite Aid!

I must say after reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant going here as my usual drug store was out of my medications. Pleasantly surprised. With insurance I saved a bit over 10 bucks, without it they would have saved me over 450$. I'm not sure of the pharmacist's name, but she was very pleasant. I did hear some tomfoolery from behind the pharmacy counter but nothing vulgar. The parking lot is a wee tight, but as long as you are not driving a semi truck it is navigatable. Exiting can be an issue, but if you are smart about it you can make a right and turn around if need be. This was based on first experience, we will see if they hold true in the future.

WOWOWOWOWOW!!!!!!!!! Most unprofessional People and pharmacy manager that had nothing but 'no excuses'. Doctor called in prescription. My daughter gets there 15 minutes later, not ready told 5-10 minutes more. She checks, still not ready. Told 5-10 minutes, still not ready. Here my daughter feels like crap, has to sit at Rite Aid with false hope. Finally gave up after 30 minutes and came home. I call the pharmacy manager who basically said 'it can take up to 30 minutes to fill a prescription. I've gotten them filled in 15 minutes before with no issue. I told him since this has happened many times in the past we will take our business elsewhere. He stated 'that is fine' I guess they are doing so well they don't need my family's business.
