“We purchased luxury vinyl for the entire house. Athan and Grant did an amazing job with the installation! They gave us continuous flooring between rooms without any room transitions/dividers. The installers were very friendly and professional. We are very happy with the end result.
We did have a negative experience with their sales person. When he came to our home to give us a quote, I made it very clear that I wanted all the old flooring removed so that all the flooring would be even and no room transitions/dividers. After I signed the contract and paid the deposit, he tried to say that we had agreed to have the new flooring installed over top of the old flooring in the kitchen and bathroom with room transitions/dividers. After a heated argument he finally said, 'I talk to too many people to remember who said what.'
I'm still giving M&Z a 5 star review because the installers were great and we're very happy with the end result. Just make sure to get everything detailed in the quote before you sign anything or pay the deposit.”
