Colonial Park Mall is described as a charming place that still serves as a community hangout, despite facing challenges. Visitors enjoy exploring the various stores and kiosks, and there is a noted friendly atmosphere, especially for seniors and those with disabilities. However, many reviews highlight that the mall is experiencing a decline with fewer stores open, which has led to a perception of emptiness. Some suggest better signage to help navigate the space and indicate which stores are near each entrance. The impact of COVID-19 is also mentioned as a significant factor in the mall's struggles. There is a call for more food options and ideas to revitalize the mall, emphasizing the hope for a brighter future and increased community support.
I was shopping at Boscov's and got many items on sale.I was very pleased with their selection and we'll be returning soon to purchase more

Sad but Boscov's is the only store here to visit, I think they're going to tear the rest down, if I'm wrong about the tearing down I'll re-update this but I'm pretty sure I heard that

It's unfortunate. This used to be a booming full mall. Now? There's hardly anything left. One place in the food court and only a handful of stores. I still have fond memories of days passed here. Boscovs will be your main stop.
