Very disappointed. I showed up at 5pm, the hours online and on the door state that the store closes at 6pm. An associate watched me walking up to the door and locked it…an hour early. When I called to see if it was just a temporary lockout no one would answer the phone despite there being 3 associates behind the counter.

I like the store however, so many products are sold out or discontinued. It is convenient to walk in an buy the items you need if they are available.

Store is posted online to be opened until 6 on Fridays. Came at 4:02 to be greeted with a sign on door that it is closed at 4:00pm today. No wonder salons and stylist are ditching cosmoprof for their supplies. At least communicate hours changing on website. Very frustrating when you need supplies.

Friendly and helpful staff. It will be nice when their shelfs are stocked again. Each time I go they're out of things.

I am very unpleased with how Cosmoprof has been ran lately. I had to stop in to grab shampoo and conditioner & there was a sign on the door that said “Went to lunch around noonish”. This is disappointing and unprofessional. There was nothing that stated when they would be out or when they would be back. The store opened back up at 1250. I went in around 1 & there was two employees working. Extremely unprofessional to close a whole store with no notice when two employees are working. People drive at least a half hour sometimes to come to the store and have to leave there salons to grab things and for there to be nothing online or when you call saying there is no one there, it is a waste of time. Miss Jenny was very essential to this business. She is very missed.

Just go to any other location. Went in today because i was desperate. Cashier, (older lady) seemed to be taking a personal phone call behind the register did not acknowledge me at first. Dropped the f bomb in front of my 3 year old and then asked if I was ready. Did not greet me. Finally put the phone down when a line was forming. Didnt say one word to me until I was halfway out the door and asked if I wanted my reciept. The girl with grey hair was nice and seemed embarrassed over her co workers worth ethic.
