Just abandoned a purchase at self checkout.1 cashier could not assist me or the person next to me as he was waiting on other customers. Not his fault. No one else available to help apparently. Self checkout not processing credit-debit transactions and cash in a credit-debit only line. Very frustrating for all of us.

Called in, couldn't make an appointment over the phone, said to come in between 2:00 and 3:00, came in at 2:30, was told they can't give vaccines because of on- going construction. That is customer service.

This CVS Pharmacy is just ok. I called them because I wanted to switch my prescription that was called into another CVS to this one since it's closer to where I live. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to actually pick up the phone and then the gentleman (I think his name is Eric) seemed very annoyed the entire call. But he put my prescription through and I received a text when it was ready. I went to pick up my prescription through the drive-thru and there was one car ahead of me. It took close to 10 minutes to get to the window. I'm not sure what was going on, but I gave 3 stars because the guy at the window was very nice and kept apologizing for the delay.

I wanted to fill a prescription during my lunch hour near where I work. After reading the negative reviews I was a little hesitant. However I figured I would give them a chance and try it for myself. I did not experience any of the issues that other posters have experienced. Do not be deterred,check it out for yourself

The other reviewers are right. This is the closest pharmacy to me so I've been putting up with their incompetence and rudeness for years but not any more. The last 6 times I've tried calling, no one answers. I don't mean that it took a long time. I mean they just don't answer. I tried staying on hold while driving around running errands for hours and they never answered. How rude. This shows a blatant disregard for customers. It's been going on for the last several weeks so I just canceled by prescriptions and will have them filled elsewhere. Save yourself the aggravation we've all had with these people and use another pharmacy.

Save yourself the hassle and do not go to this location. I have been a CVS customer for 6-7 years and moved to Harrisburg in April. I only ever had one problem with the pharmacy I went to before, but I've had continuous issues with this location since I've moved. My doctor prescribed me a medicine I previously told her I did not want to take due to interactions with it. I told this pharmacy 3 entirely different times, on different days, that I would never pick this up, that I will not use the prescription, and that I'd like them to put it back in their stock. One of the workers asked if I needed a different script filled. I said no, I still have plenty left from the last fill. Go figure that medicine got filled the next day! The final straw was today. The website said 2 of my scripts could be refilled today. This location told me twice they couldn't fill them until September. I call the Carlisle store that I used to go to and they say they can fill them AND it clears my insurance. Now I have to have a family member pick these up because I can't make the trip to a completely different town in time after work. CVS had officially lost a loyal customer. I'll be filling my scripts at Giant from now on.

Do not go to this pharmacy unless you want to be treated rudely and have your prescription screwed up literally for years making each monthly pickup a nightmare. I am so eager to finally leave these arrogant morons behind and transfer pharmacies.

My only real complaint about this CVS is that the pharmacists and techs are generally pretty rude and unfriendly. With the exception of a few, most seem like you're bothering them or inconveniencing them. A very simple "how are you?" or "have a nice day" could go a very, very long way for them.

This is just an average CVS. Nothing's special but it's in a good neighborhood and you don't have to worry about being rob.. I guess.
