Donna did an exceptional job saving me on my prescription medication when my insurance company failed to cover the cost. This is why I always use CVS whenever possible.

The lady in the pharmacy didn't acknowledge I was waiting and when I said excuse me she said be with you in a sec as she was eating. I asked where gloves were and she responded no idea that's Target and thisis CVS. They should be trained to be polite and to know the store. People are going to ask and it shouldn't be an inconvenience. I used to work for RiteAid pharmacy and were required to know the store as well.

The absolute worst pharmacist. She is a short condescending lady looks maybe Asian… not helpful and blames the lack of staff. Unfortunately she is a miserable women who knows nothing about customer service neither do her minions in the back.

Had a prescription sent in by my doctor on Monday. Recieved a text from cvs asking if i needed it filled quickly i responded yes because i needed before Friday of the same week. Recieved another text wednesday that it was ready for pick up. My boyfriend picked it up and i didn't bother to open it until thursday because i work third shift and it wasn't until 10p.m. that i had gotten it. It was only half the script! I called the store the very next morning after i had got home from work. They informed me that they didn't have the meds but ordered it. Never bothered to text me that info though!! I told him i needed it before Friday and he proceeded to list other cvs' that may have it and i needed to call them to see and i could then have it transferred! Why in the hell is that my job especially since they dropped the ball! I'm forever in a day getting texts from them for everything else why not about this med?? Also since it was such an inconvenience why wouldn't they see what other stores had it??? I will never use this pharmacy again! This was the target on Jonestown road! Now ihave to scramble to find and retrieve said medicine asap so i can have it for tomorrow and i work third shift tonight ! Thanks again cvs especially for your customer service!

The lady pharmacist there has a major attitude. Triple charged me, then told me it’s targets fault not doing refund although I purchased medication behind the counter. Gave multiple attitudes to me and target staff. Target made it up giving me an extra 10$ for the service I had. I’ll shop there but don’t use pharmacy!!! Staff even agreed she’s like that. Pretty sad.

We recieve texts and phone messages that the prescriptions are ready to be picked up. We have gone there for nothing so many times. They need to get their system fixed. Worse CVS ever.

I was discriminated against at this CVS location by Paul the pharmacist, who refused to fill my prescription for a medication I have been stable on for years. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, Paul said he simply “wasn’t comfortable” filling it, after his colleague promised it would be filled by 3:00 p.m. earlier today. When I pointed out the disparate treatment I was being subjected to after years of being a paying CVS customer, Paul childishly went on to say “well sue me then.”
