I am blessed to live only 2 miles away , so if I have a question or issue I can just drive there. That being said, I won't call them because I know how busy they are and how annoying it has to be to having the phone ringing all the time.
The staff has been nothing but awesome . Everyone at the pharmacy , from the pharmacist to those waiting the counter are efficient , kind , friendly and polite. They are a treat to encounter when I go there. And the front staff are friendly , pleasant and always willing to help when needed..
I'm so glad I have them closeby. Thank God for CVS.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The pharmacist has such a nasty attitude and is very unprofessional. After 5 years they’ve lost my business. Good luck keeping the doors open with this level of trash working there.

Store closes at 8pm, arrived at 7:15pm to pick up an order placed online only to find the doors locked. Two employees inside, neither one bothered to acknowledge someone at the door, explain why they were closed early or basically care at all about a customer at the door. I took my prescriptions to another pharmacy and all other business will be taken elsewhere starting tomorrow.

App Coupons never work at this location and the manager refuses to honor them. Asked me to prove that it is the same product as the coupon when the picture was right there. How embarrassing. I come here to get certain things just because of the coupon. I can't remember the last time I felt so judged and over a $5 coupon

It appears that these new set of employees at the Swarata Square location are not happy at their jobs. They are not people friendly. I recommend that they seek jobs that will allow them to work virtual.

Staff as very poor people skills here! I went in an hour before they closed to print 20 pictures and the lady comes up to me and says: I don't know how many pictures you are printing but we close in like 45 mins! :/ Ohh ok, I know you have to go back in the Dark Room there & process these and all, but I promise I'll be as fast as I can ma'am!! :/ Um, sit down, you don't have to do a darn thing except check me out! I won't be coming here again! So rude!!!

Pharmacists in this location do not know how to read insurance card information nor type letters or numbers into their system correctly. Makes me wonder if CVS pharmacists in this location ever got through grade school not knowing how to read numbers or letters in the alphabet. I visited this pharmacy multiple times and handed them both my primary (commercial) and secondary (Medicaid) insurance cards to pick up my prescription inhalers, which were supposed to be filled September of last year, 5 months ago, but never got filled. Good thing I had a couple expired ones to use at the least. But despite the multiple visits and handing them both my insurance cards, they couldn’t get the information entered correctly and accurately into their system, so I’m out of Advair and Albuterol for months. I kept being told by the fat, blonde curly-haired female that I have to “pay $98” while I repeatedly stated I’ve never had to pay for the same prescriptions through Medicaid in the last 2 years I’ve been getting them from their pharmacy. I had to wait a few more days on my next day off to phone an insurance agent/concierge to contact the pharmacy to help me, which even took 2 phone calls to speak to the pharmacist “Princess” as she rudely kept raising her voice saying that my “insurance cards were wrong and do not match.” She even said that “the first insurance agent she spoke to didn’t know what she was talking about.” Was she implying that UPMC issued “WRONG insurance IDs and had inept staff?!?” HAHA, unbelievable! I had to reach out to my insurance to contact, assist and tell them how to perform their job, TWICE!! I needed those prescriptions for my asthma and shortness of breath. These pharmacists have zero care if their customers end up being stricken with their debilitating or life-threatening medical conditions due to their own incompetence and unreliability. CVS should mandate Weekly Skill Checks and Customer Relations/Service Training and Continued Education to include Reading, Writing and Data-Entry and maybe even Eye Examinations to ensure their employees are absolutely fit for the job. Handling prescriptions are no joke, lives depend on them!
