First time here.. waited 1 hour and 30 minutes just to be asked what am I getting done.. and then was ignored and two other customers that came after me got to go.. I had my 5 year old with me on top of that.. I just worked 10 hours, I am livid.

Arrived and asked if just soak off and shaping was available. They said yes of course. Come to find out… my friend and I both got charged $20.60 at the end??? If the service was good fine. But no massage, no manicure, and no color. She didn’t even ask how I wanted them filed. She fiddled with 3 fingers then moved on, after speaking up. First and last time coming, do not recommend.

I am so upset. I just Left from having Anthony do my nails normally have no issues but today when I really needed to pick me up my nails look like shit all different shapes when they were supposed to be Coffin shaped two of the nails are overly thick so they’re not unison with the other nails air bubbles in the polish, which means the polish is gonna be lifting and coming off in two days because of the air bubbles Extremely disappointed in the services that I received at the nail shop won’t be coming back

As a cancer survivor with neuropathy in my feet, it is a wonderful experience to go get a pedicure. I wish I could afford one every week.

Will not be returning my nails were done by Peter whom did not seem excited to be at work I asked for my cuticles to be done then, when I noticed that he was not doing my cuticles and was finished, I said I asked for my cuticles to be done because I like a clean look. He said oh, I didn’t think you needed them done I said that’s what I asked for as soon as I sat down, he seemed upset didn’t even put cuticle oil on my nails and was hissing the whole time. It was very uncomfortable and rushed not even shaped right will never ever go here again. Unprofessional!

I went there for 2 pedicures for my friend and I , called ahead and told them this was for a birthday gift and asked if I could bring wine . They rushed us in quickly to pick colors , she took my friend and started , never bothering to let us see a list with prices , they poured in a packet and told me $50 , I was going for the $40 one but they gave me no choice , meanwhile no one came to do my pedi till my friend was almost done , at that point I was so disgusted because there lack of empathy and communication . We were at the end of the day and they were rushing to get out the door . Secondly I was one of there regular customers for manicures and this action showed no respect or appreciation for choosing them ….

This place is very very racist; I had an appointment scheduled with them but when I went they told I didn’t have an appointment, they took me after but my service was rushed. I decided to give them another chance and called for an appointment; the person who answered the phone said; I can come in a certain time. When I went there; Lisa told me that she doesn’t have time to serve me. I said but Peter said I can come; she said he doesn’t know the schedule. They only like to serve certain people; they don’t like other cultures and they are very unfriendly. They are willing to give up your appointment if another preferred customer comes in.

mixed feelings when i left they werent fully dry when they were under dryer for 30 minutes, the picture is from the day i got them done witch was november 16 2023, go there at your own risk , they have very affordable prices tho so i will give them that ,but $43 for them to chip/and smudge not even a day after is insane.
